    Under the instruction of my clients 1) Kuppili Shyamala Kumari W/o


    Janardan Rao 2) Kuppili Pawan Kumar s/o Janardhan Rao I am addressing you
    here

    One Kuppili Janardan Rao son of Venkata Narasing Rao inherent vacant site
    measuring and extension of cents situated at Kallepalli village bearing
    survey number 63 and laid Panchayati Road north direction of second ward and
    having absolutely rights and position under him.

    My client says on 26th February 2021 executed the registered settlement


    deeds in favor of his wife and son.

    My clients says he executed register settlement in favor of his son only an


    some of the empty space that is 17.27 mts. east to west and 20.90 mts. north to
    south of the vacant site and the rest of the space in the same executed in favor of
    his wife i.e., my first client two register settlement deeds. Since then my Clients
    are in position and enjoyment of this same to the knowledge of you and other.

    But subsequently you with mollified intention trying to grab the enter site
    and proclaiming in the village that you will trespass the site to get wrong full gain
    and cause wrongly loss to my clients. My clients says that you behavior is illegal
    and if you do not return from such behavior my client will take appropriate Civil
    and Criminal Court proceeding against you get adequate compensation from you.
    Therefore you are informed in terms of this notice not only you losses apart from
    the expenses include by you, You will also have to pay my clients cost
