By flipping through these pages inevitably you will soon be reserving your next naturist holidays. Do you realise,
however, that you are also about to immerse yourself in History? A history that started here and helped
kick-off the French naturist movement. The one that allows you today to enjoy a beautiful summer attired
in the buff.

It was a dream shaped 70 years ago by the couple, Albert and Christiane Lecocq, founders of the
French Naturism Federation, the International Federation of Naturism, and creators of the Heliomarin Centre
of Montalivet. These pioneers had a crazy ambition, that of allowing all those who wish to taste the simple
joy of being threadbare in the sun.

Nearly a century later, the CHM has become one of the largest naturist holiday resorts in the world. Now
marketed under the Tohapi Naturiste brand, the structure has grown to include two other legendary
campsites: Genesis and Le Clapotis.

Who would have thought that these two sweet-crazy people, who settled in a part of the Medoc that nobody
wanted, would change the face of the world? In their pockets, they carried a utopian dream. That of
proposing a place where the naturist philosophy could flourish. A philosophy that supports mutual aid, sharing,
benevolence, respect for oneself, for others, and in turn the environment.

Fully aware of this unique heritage, we strive to respect the Lecocq values through the development of
humanist projects.

And since we are all custodians of this history, our values are also ... yours !
