taking responsibility for
your life. Proactive people

“response-able.”

➔ focus on what we are able to change

circumstances. I am a product of
my decisions.”

End in Mind

Begin With the End in Mind

means to begin each day, task, or
project with a clear vision of your
desired direction and destination,
and then continue by flexing your
proactive muscles to make things
happen.
Second Habit How to Begin With the End in Mind

➔ I plan ahead and set goals for myself.

➔ I am prepared at all times.

➔ I think about how the choices now will

affect my future.

Explains how to communicate
effectively with a person full of
emotions and needs, including
that of being understood and
validated by another human
being.
fifth Habit The Habit of Empathic Communication

Seek First to Understand

Because you so often listen autobiographically, you
tend to respond in one of four ways:

● Evaluating: You judge and then either agree or

disagree.
● Probing: You ask questions from your own frame
of reference.
● Advising: You give counsel, advice, and solutions
to problems.
● Interpreting: You analyze others’ motives and
behaviors based on your own experiences.
“If I were to summarize in one sentence the
single most important principle I have
learned in the field of interpersonal
relations, it would be this: Seek first to
understand, then to be understood.”

— Dr. Stephen R. Covey

six Habit

synergize

Synergy means “two heads are

better than one”. Synergize is
the habit of creative
cooperation, it’s team work,
open mindedness, and the
adventure of finding new
solutions to old problems.

Sharpen the sa

having a balanced program for
self-renewal in the four areas of
your life: physical,
social/emotional, mental, and
spiritual. As you renew yourself in
each of the four areas, you create
growth and change in your life.
Seven Habit Balance is best

right ,exercising ,and getting
enough sleep.

.I balance my time between

school,extracurricular
activities,family,and friends.
