2. Warranty of the handset is subject to technical and physical verification at service center. Company shall
have the sole discretion rejecting the same, if the handset is not found to be covered under warranty .

3. Spare price in out warranty cases will be charged as per Company price list.

4. User data: the phone will be updated with the latest version of software which will result in all user data
gets erased We respect the individual privacy and hence we do not take data backup, user is suggested to
take data backup before submitting the handset for repair. We shall not be liable for any data loss during
repair process. During the course of repair there may be a need to replace the printed circuit
board(PCB)/swap in this case the unit will have different IMEI number.

5. In the event of delivery is not taken by the customer from Company service center within 30 days of
written intimation by Company , then Company reserves the right to auction the product to recover the
repair charges from the customer.

6. Please note if your phone is a financial installment device, your installment will not be changed during the
repair process (including swap the phone or mainboard), so please confirm whether the installment Password: Yes No
information is accurate after you get your device.If you have any questions about the financial installment,
we suggest you to contact your financial company.

7. You can view the progress of your equipment repair through the Carlcare App, and once the repair is
complete, you can also associate your work order and view your repair information through
[Carlcare>Evaluate your order].
