    What type/s of waste that Lean Approach targets to eliminate is/are present in the case?

    The two wastes to be eliminated are motion waste and waiting for waste.  In the case of motion waste,
    it costs to delay, and if the delay occurs, many problems may arise, such as delays in production and
    shipment. Next, there is waiting for waste, which also causes delays. Many companies will try to solve it
    as soon as possible. If the problem cannot be solved, a higher risk may be created.

    What is the most effective Lean Approach tool/ techniques that should be employed to resolve the
    problem areas in the Automotive Company?

    "Layout" and "Productive Maintenance," in my opinion, are the most successful and efficient Lean
    Approach tools or practices at the automotive company. Employees who can maintain their discipline
    during shift changes using this basic tool can change their behavior regardless of how slow or time-
    consuming their personal issues are. As a result of this tool, employees at Automotive Company will be
    able to maximize their abilities and skills, as inputs for vehicle manufacturing will now be located close
    to the point of use. Another way is to keep a productive environment. Because this company's business
    output is slower than my prior one, I believe the machines are damaged and the corporation is wasting
    time and money by failing to inspect, maintain, and repair equipment prior to production.
