    We would like to point out that the tariffs increase annually on 1 January
    and these are applied to any orders after 31 December.
    The time is calculated based on the information available at the time the
    proposal is prepared. If the calculated time changes significantly for reasons
    not caused by TÜV AUSTRIA TVFA, we will notify you within a timely
    manner so that a suitable arrangement can be prepared that is agreeable to
    both sides. Any additional services are invoiced based on the currently
    effective tariffs. If services must be provided outside regular business hours -
    - according to tariff -- then a surcharge of 50% or 100% will be invoiced.

    Validity of the offer: The prices mentioned in the offer 2022-IN-AT-TL-M-AG-000358/01 of


    15.09.2022 are valid for 60 days from the offer date.

    Confidentiality: TÜV AUSTRIA TVFA GMBH and its employees are obliged to maintain
    confidentiality regarding all facts they become aware of via the order.
    Customer information or data will be disclosed to third parties only if required
    by law.

    This offer may be reproduced in part or full only with the express consent of
    TÜV AUSTRIA TVFA GMBH.

    Liability: Any liability of TÜV AUSTRIA TVFA GMBH for slight negligence is excluded
    except for personal injuries. The liability of TÜV AUSTRIA TVFA GMBH shall
    in cases of simple gross negligence for property damages be limited to
    € 7.500.000 and for pure financial damages to € 3.000.000.
