Sir,

Kindly refer to this office letter No. JKSSB-PLAN/25/2022-03 (E-7069680)

dated 10.03.2023, regarding the subject cited above, where-under the Selection List
for the post of Junior Assistant of Department of Culture, advertised vide Notification
No. 04 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, Division Cadre was forwarded to your department
for further course of action.

Among the selectees, the recommendation in respect of the candidates

figuring in "Annexure-A" were kept withheld subject to the condition that the
candidates shall appear before the Board with all the relevant/ original documernts
within one month from the date of notification of the said selection list.

Subsequently, the candidates figuring in "Annexure-B" produced all

requisite documents before the Board in its 223° meeting, in which it was decided to
'release the withheld recommendation of these candidates "selected as Junior
Assistant, in Department of Culture, advertised vide Notification No. 04 of 2020.
Division Cadre'.

Accordingly, the undersigned is directed to convey the list of candidates

in the matter
forming "Annexure-B" to this communication with the request to proceed
accordingly. The other terms and conditions as conveyed vide letter No. JKSSB
PLAN/25/2022-03 (E-7069680) dated 10.03.2023, shall remain same. The instant
communication may be cross verified from our website www.jkssb.nic.in.
