yourself an idol, or any likeness of what is in heaven
above or on the earth beneath or in the water under
the Earth.”
The first commandment embraces faith,

we confess a constant, unchangeaable

The first commandment is the most holy and most
important.

In order to love God, man has to

acknowledge Him as the Lord and
worship Him.

The commandment clearly states we must

only worship the Lord. And also we must
put church teachings ahead of our
personal beliefs or social trends.
This commandment is not
meant too restrict us, rather it is
meant to lead us to et er nal
happiness. Living the
commandment will, in fact,
bring us joy and unite us more
fully to God.
Faith is what God wanted us to have.
He wanted us to trust in Him that He
could properly guide us in our lives.

“If you have great faith, you will have great

blessing. If you have a little faith, you will
receive a little blessing. But if you have no
faith, God’s blessing will not be in your life.”
