    AMERICANO BLACK RUSSIAN

    1 Jig. Camapari Bitter 1 Jig. Vodka


    ½ Jig. Sweet Vermouth 1 Jig. Kahlua
    Soda Water
    Procedure:
    Procedure: Pour in the ingredients into an Old fashioned STANDARD
    Pour in the ingredients into an Old-fashioned Glass with ice. Stir / build. INTERNATIONAL
    Glass with ice. Add soda water. Stir / build. Garnish with cherry. COCKTAILS
    Garnish with a twist of lemon peel or orange
    slice.

    BLOODY MARY BRANDY ALEXANDER


    1 Jig. Vodka 1 Jig. Brandy
    Tomato Juice ½ Jig. Brown Crème de Cacao
    Dash of Worcestershire sauce ½ Jig. Cream / Milk
    Dash of Tabasco sauce
    Dash of salt & pepper Procedure:
    Celery stalk Pour in the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with
    ice.
    Procedure: Shake well and strain into a Cocktail Glass.
    Pour in Vodka, Worcestershire sauce and Garnish with grated nutmeg.
    Tabasco sauce into a Highball Glass with ice.
    Top with tomato juice and sprinkle with salt &
    pepper. Stir / build. Garnish with celery stalk.

    BRONX CAIPIRINHA
    1 Jig. Gin 1 Jig. Cachaca
    ¼ Jig. Dry Vermouth 1 tablespoon sugar
    ¼ Jig. Sweet Vermouth 1 lime wedge
    2 Jig. Orange Juice

    Procedure: Procedure:
    Pour in the ingredients into cocktail shaker with Muddle sugar and lime wedge in an a Highball
    ice and shake briskly. Glass. Add a scoop of ice. Pour in the Cachaca.
    Strain into a Cocktail Glass. Top with crushed ice(optional).
    Garnish with orange slice and cherry.

    CHI CHI COSMOPOLITAN


    1 Jig. Vodka 1 Jig. Vodka
    1 Jig. Coconut Cream ½ Jig. Triple Sec
    4 Jig. Pineapple 1 Jig. Cranberry juice
    1 Jig. Lime juice
    Procedure:
    Blend all the ingredients with crushed ice Procedure:
