The Positivist School of thought on the other hand is theorized by Cesare Lombroso and it is very opposite to classical school because they focused on perpetrator or how to deal with the criminal offenders which the punishments is to placer the criminals to coreectional institutions to pay their violations and if they were illed and no need to be punished, they will be sent in a hospital to be cured.
