MEMORANDUM OF DEPOSIT OF TITLE DEEDS

This Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds executed on this the 10th day of November,
2022 by

MOTHKUR SANDEEP S/o. Durga Rao, age 35 years, Occ: Business, R/o. H.No. 3-7-95,
Rajeev Nagar, Suryapet town & District, (Aadhaar Card No. 3704 1826 0434, PAN:
BSWPM1701R, Cell: 98488 41007), herein after to be called as the Executant.

IN FAVOUR OF

UCO BANK, a body Corporate constituted under the Banking Companies (Acquisition and
transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 having its Head Office at No. 10 B.T.M. Sarani, Kolkata
700001 and carrying on business in banking among other places at SURYAPET Town &
District (ID 3175), Telangana State. Herein after to be referred as “Bank”.

The executants has already deposited on 10-11-2022 the following documents of title listed
hereunder in the Schedule ‘A’ with an intention to create a valid security in favour of the
bank over the title deeds and other related documents of the property described hereunder in
Schedule ‘B’ for the purpose with an intention to deposit of title deeds for repayment to the
bank of all the amounts owing to the bank under advances made and to be made to meet the
necessities of MOTHKUR SANDEEP S/o. Durga Rao, R/o. Suryapet by the bank to the
extent of Rs. 19,50,000/- (Rupees Nineteen Lakhs Fifty thousand only) and interests,
commissions, banking and other incidental charges and costs incurred in connection with the
realization.

The executant further declares that the documents deposited with the bank are the only
documents that where in his passion and custody.

Sq.yards equal to 137.36 sq.mts., situated in Sy.Nos. 257, 259, 259 of Durajpalli Revenue
village, Chivvemla Mandal, under the municipal limits of Suryapet town & District, under the
jurisdiction of Sub Registrar, Suryapet and District Registrar, Nalgonda is bounded as
follows:

Boundaries :

North : House of Palakuri Raju in Plot No. 38


South : Land of others
East : Nereducherla Road
West : Land of Mondikathi Chandraiah

EXISTING NATURE OF SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY: That within the above


Schedule of property premises, the property owner/executants was accorded permission to
construct RCC roof residential Ground floor plus 1 upper floor building thereon, vide
permission proceedings approval for commencement of work Letter No.
3049/W14/2020/2334, dt. 27.11.2021 which was issued by the Office of Suryapet
Municipality in favour of Tejavath Leela.

Within the above said boundaries MOTHKUR SANDEEP S/o. Durga Rao, age 35 years,
Occ: Business, R/o. H.No. 3-7-95, Rajeev Nagar, Suryapet town & District, (Aadhaar Card
No. 3704 1826 0434, PAN: BSWPM1701R has got absolute right, title and possession in the
above mentioned schedule property.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE EXECUTANT had signed there presents on the day, month
