MBA now a days have become more of an eligible criteria for people doing jobs in various management fields.

This calls for a need to go for this regular degree course.However my personal opinion is Do MBA when you know ,what you can yield out of this degree.Plan the benefits in advance before going for an MBA degree.Have 1 year work experience see real world ,then go for MBA course.This will provide you with an insight as what returns you need from this degree.Example...You lack in communication skills area and personality,then you can plan to give maximum participation in MBA.2. You want better job and salary,plan to keep in touch with business world along MBA. So in a nut shell "Do a Planned MBA" then only its beneficial .

Now a days in India there are so many who have already done their Under Graduate, but now all are targeting for something more. Doing Post graduation is a way to be somewhat advanced than others.So we can do Masters on some field or can opt for MBA also,it depends on the

Yes of course from my point of view MBA is necessary for a good future. MBA helps a person to manage so many critical situations in a company. Just a mere UG degree would not help a person to survive in this corporate world. Moreover in MBA courses you have so many programmes in the syllabus which helps you to boost your skills and they help you to reach the top level of the designation in a company very soon. And in an MBA course you will get so much of exposure like they make you to do Paper presentations, Industrial visits, Project works, Case studies, Surveys etc which creates an enthusiasm for the students towards the course.

I don't think so that only MBA is the way to succeed easily. Because those from technicle field like BE, B.Tech are not very much aware about business and management. If they suddenly going to change their feild then it may difficult to them. But apart from this students those have intrest about marketing, business and management then it is fine. As far as the present large growing industries requirements are concerned, M.B.A degree is much needed for oneself to get a good job in a great company.
