Day of Atonement
Sherut haRitztzuy (the ministry of reconciliation) by whom we have now received the ( Atonement) reconciliation of the Dvar HaRitztzuy Let this day be a day of reconciliation and regeneration
I AM
yaaqob [jacob], has sent me to you. this is my name forever, and this is my memorial for generation to generation." ' "Shemoth 6:3," 'and i appeared to abraham, to yitschaq, and to yaaqob as hashadday [the almighty]. and my name, YHWH, was not well known (famous) to them.
Torah shBichtav (Written Torah) Who hath ears to hear, let him hear
o , having been warned of what was yet unseen, having feared, prepared an ark to save his house, through which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to belief.
Leviticus 23:26-32 And YHWH spoke unto Mosheh, saying: Howbeit on the tenth day of this seventh month is the Day of Atonement; there shall be a sacred convocation unto you, and ye shall afflict your souls; and ye shall bring an offering made by fire unto YHWH.
a "calling together" (convocation). On this high Sabbath alone is the same level of strictness of the Sabbath observed, and even more so. Humble yourselves: often translated "afflict your souls", which is taken to mean a complete fast. It could just as well read "suppress your appetites", so this is a legitimate interpretation, especially in light of
Wherefore have we fasted, [say they], and thou seest not? [Wherefore] have we afflicted our nefesh, and thou takest no knowledge? Hinnei, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours.
The Day of Atonement is a fast day and from sunset to sunset no food should be eaten -- you can drink water for health reasons. But keep in mind that in ancient times even water was abstained from. It may be wise for children to go only a short time or only a part of the day without food.
Leviticus 16:29 And [this] shall be a statute forever unto you: [that] in the seventh month, on the tenth [day] of the month, ye shall afflict your souls, and do no work at all, [whether it be] one of your own country, or a stranger that sojourneth among you: It [shall be] a shabbat of rest unto you, and ye shall afflict your souls, by a statute forever.
This is why "no work at all", not even preparation of food, is allowed. Traditionally, one also does not bathe or anoint one's body with fragrances. When Yahu(ah)shua said to do these things while fasting, he was referring to a personal fast, which is more than is required, but this one is a corporate fast required of everyone in the community, so no one has to humbly hide the fact that he is fasting. It could also mean "be busy about your soul" (considering what motivates us and wherein we have failed and need to repent), not with things of the body, which is why all of these are set aside and left unattended--so there can be complete concentration on repentance. At the end of Yom Kippur, we are to bring an offering to YHWH, but first Yahu(ah)shua tells us to get things right with our brothers, and leave the offering until then. Mattiyahu. 5:24 Leave there your gift before the altar, and go your way; first be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.
By Jewish tradition, He will not forgive us on this day if the human victims of our sins have not already forgiven us. Doors are opened on this day in the heavenlies to give us the power to overcome our sins, but if we do not calculate the appointed day according to His sign in the New Moon, we will miss them.
And ye shall do no manner of work in that same day; for it is a day of atonement, to make atonement for you before YHWH your Elohim. For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from his people
Humbled: On this day it is especially honorable to confess our sins, to establish the fact that this is always honorable. Confession is done with the mouth, but repentance can only be proven by our actions. But again, the term also means "busy", so here the "Boss" is saying, "Get busy or you'll get fired!"
And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any manner of work in that same day, that soul will I destroy from among his people. Same day ": Heb., etzem, which means "selfsame/essence/substance", but more commonly "bone", "body member", or "binding together". So this is a day for bringing Yoseyf's bones back to the Land
Beresheet. 50:25; And Yosef took an oath of Benai YIsr EL, saying, Elohim ( )will surely visit you, and ye shall carry up my bones from hence.
Y'chezqel/Ezekiel 37)
The hand of YHWH ( )was upon me, and carried me out in the Ruakh of YHWH ( ,)and set me down in the midst of the valley which [was] full of bones, And caused me to pass by them round about: and, Hinnei, [there were] very many in the open valley; and, lo, [they were] very dry. And he said unto me, Ben Adam, can these bones live? And I answered, O Eloahi ( )YHWH ( ,)thou knowest. Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones,
Thus saith Eloahi ( )YHWH ( )unto these bones; Hinnei, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live: And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that Ani YHWH (.)So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and Hinnei a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone. And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but [there was] no breath in them.
Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, Ben Adam, and say to the wind, Thus saith Eloahi ( )YHWH ( ;)Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live. So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army. Then he said unto me, Ben Adam, these bones are the whole Beit YIsr EL:
Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith Eloahi ( )YHWH ( ;)Hinnei, O My people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the eretz YIsr EL. And ye shall know that Ani YHWH ( ,)when I have opened your graves, O My people, and brought you up out of your graves, And shall put My Ruakh in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I YHWH ( )have spoken [it], and performed [it], saith YHWH ( .)After they have been dead to their identity and separated individually to themselves. When they become unselfish and are reunited with Yehudah, they will form one body who is a bride for YHWH
Moreover, thou Ben Adam, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Yehudah, and for the children of YIsr EL his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Yosef, the stick of Efrayim, and [for] all Beit YIsr EL his companions: And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand. And when the children of thy people shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shew us what thou [meanest] by these?
Hinnei, I will take the stick of Yosef, which [is] in the hand of Efrayim, and the tribes of YIsr EL his fellows, and will put them with him, [even] with the stick of Yehudah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in Mine hand. And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thine hand before their eyes.1 And say unto them, Thus saith Eloahi ( )YHWH (;)Hinnei, I will take the children of YIsr EL from among the Goyim, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land: And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of YIsr EL; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all: Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their gillulim (idols), nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwelling places, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be My people, and I will be their Elohim (.)And David My eved [shall be] king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in My shofatim, and observe My statutes, and do them. And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Yaakov My eved, wherein your fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, [even] they, and their children, and their children's children forever: and My eved David [shall be] their prince forever.
Moreover I will make a covenant of shalom with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set My Mikdash in the midst of them for evermore. My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be their Elohim ( ,)and they shall be my people. And the Goyim shall know that I YHWH ( )do set apart YIsr EL, when My Mikdash shall be in the midst of them for evermore.
Ye shall do no manner of work; it is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings. Working on this day is an abomination, because at this point it is too late to change the sentence for this year. If we have not repented by now, additional efforts will be futile, and we must "lie in the bed we have made"--or rest in the fact that our sins are covered because of what Yahu(ah)shua has done, because this day foreshadows the final Day of Judgment. On this day alone is it possible for willful sins to be forgiven, and on this day alone does the high priest make atonement in the holiest place for the entire community as a whole unit. How does it bind us together?
Yeshayahu/Isaiah 58
Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a shofar, and shew My people their pesha (transgression), and the Beit Yaakov their chattot (sins). Yet they seek Me daily, and delight to know My ways, as a nation that did tzeddek, and forsook not the ordinance of their Elohim ( :)they ask of me the mishpetei-tzedek (ordinances of justice); they take delight in approaching to Elohim (.)Wherefore have we fasted, [say they], and thou seest not? [wherefore] have we afflicted our nefesh, and thou takest no knowledge? Hinnei, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours.Hinnei, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as [ye do this] day, to make your voice to be heard on high. Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his nefesh? [is it] to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes [under him]? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to YHWH (?)
[Is] not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every motah (yoke [ ?)Is it] not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh? Then shall thy light break forth as
the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy tzeddek shall go before thee; the kavod of YHWH ( )shall be thy reward.
Then shalt thou call, and YHWH ( )shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I [am]. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity; And [if] thou draw out thy nefesh to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted nefesh; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness [be] as the noonday:And YHWH ( )shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy nefesh in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of mayim, whose mayim fail not. And [they that shall be] of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
If you turn away your foot from [traveling unduly on] the Shabbat, from doing your own pleasure on My Set Apart Day, and call the Shabbat a [spiritual] delight, the Set Apart of YHWH honorable, and honor Him and it, not going your own way or seeking or finding your own pleasure or speaking with your own [idle] words, Then will you delight yourself in YHWH, and I will make you to ride on the high places of the earth, and I will feed you with the heritage [promised for you] of Ya'akov your father:
Bersheet 27:28, 29; 28:13-15. Therefore Elohim ( )give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine: Let people serve thee, and goyim (nations) bow down to thee: be master over thy brethren, and let thy mother's sons bow down to thee: cursed [be] every one that curseth thee, and blessed [be] he that blesseth thee. And, Hinnei, YHWH ( )stood above it, and said, ANI YHWH ( )Eloahei Abraham
avicha, and the Eloahei Yitzchak ( :)the eretz whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed; And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south: and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed. And, Hinnei, I [am] with thee, and will keep thee in all [places] whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this eretz; for I will not leave thee, until I have done [that] which I have spoken to thee of.
It shall be unto you a Shabbat of solemn rest, and ye shall afflict your souls; in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye keep your Shabbat. This is the only festival actually called a "Sabbath" rather than a Shabbaton ("high sabbath"). Thus there are 53 Sabbaths in a year. (Passover is not, thus precluding the Pharisaical interpretation as in verse 11.) Evening: that is, sunset. The ninth: the day begins at evening, in darkness, just as we begin our lives in the dark womb, and the Day of YHWH will begin with wrath and great terror on the earth. Days overlap in Hebraic thought, so if we do not begin as it is still the ninth, we will miss the beginning of the actual Day. Yoseyf's dream tells us that the moon symbolizes a woman (his mother), and thus it represents the bride of YHWH as well. A bare sliver of moon is visible on the Day of Trumpets. By the evening of the 9th, the moon is 2/3 full, yet still needs to be further clothed until we reach the fullness of joy at the next festival, Sukkoth, on the 29th. These festivals include the opening of gates, so symbolically we are entering gate after gate, progressing higher and higher through the various courts, getting closer to the Temple itself, which we finally reach at Sukkoth, when there is total revelation. But the number 10 symbolizes a complete congregation, so on the 10th we should be putting our own selves away, thus enabling our joy to be made complete.
Ephesian 2:1-13. And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; Wherein in time past ye halakh according to the course of this olam hazeh, according to the prince of the power of the air, the Ruakh that now worketh in the children of disobedience
:Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. But Elohim), who is rich in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with HaMashiyach, (by grace ye are saved;)And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in HaMashiyach Yahu(ah)shua(:) That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of His chesed in his kindness toward us through HaMashiyach Yahu(ah)shua(.)For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of Elohim): Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in HaMashiyach Yahu(ah)shua( )unto good works, which Elohim) hath before ordained that we should halakh in them .One New Man in HaMashiyach, Non-Jews graft into YIsr EL as One People of YHWH Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Goyim in the flesh, who are called "arelim" (uncircumcised ones) by that which is called the Brit-Milah in the flesh made by hands; That at that time ye were without HaMashiyach, being aliens from the commonwealth of YIsr EL, and zarim from the covenants of promise, having no tikvah, and without Elohim) in the olam hazeh:But now in HaMashiyach Yahu(ah)shua( )ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of HaMashiyach.
The being of every person consists of a body, a mind, and a Ruakh. The body is easily understood for it is physical and easy to take care of. The mind is more difficult to care for because it is not seen, nor can it be touched, but its presence is there. However, the Ruakh is the least understood and most difficult to care for because its presence is questioned. For good health we have to have a balance of all three, the body, mind and Ruakh. We have to nurture all three. The body and mind are relatively easily cared for but how do we care for the Ruakh? A Spiritual body needs Spiritual food. Just as neglect of the body or the mind will end in death, so also the neglect of the Ruakh will end in death. But the death of the Ruakh is the most devastating because once our Ruakh dies, it is not just a physical death any more, it is ETERNAL and it is forever! Spiritual death in
Blessed and set apart [is] he that hath part in Techiyah HaRishonah : on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be kohenim of Elohim ( )and of ha HaMashiyach and shall reign with him a thousand years.and the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet [are], and shall be tormented day and night le olam va ed.
And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the eretz and the Shamayim fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before Elohim ( ;)and the scrolls were opened: and another scroll was opened, which is [the sefer] of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the scrolls, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the sefer ha Chayim was cast into the lake of fire.
This is called the 2nd Death. Those that were not written in the Book of Life were cast into the Lake of Fire which is the 2nd Death. So clearly our goal in life should be to feed our Ruakh and do everything in our power to keep our name written in the Lamb's Book of Life.
The Lamb's Book of Life: People have a misconception about the Book of Life. They wrongfully believe that it is by good works and achievements that our names will be put into the Book of Life. But in fact the names are already written in the Book of Life. The question is not that we are worthy enough to have our names written into the Book of Life but rather the Danger of having our Names Blotted Out of the Book of Life!
This is not a Question of how do I get into the Book of Life, rather, that we do not os our p c w t n..
Ex.32:32; Yet now, if you wilt forgive their sin--; and if not, blot me, I pray you, out of thy book which you hast written. We have gone astray leaving the commandments of YHWH, for our own Romans 9:1-5 I say the truth in the HaMashiyach I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in Ruakh HaQodesh, that I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart. For I could wish that myself were accursed from ha HaMashiyach for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh: Who are YIsr ELites; to whom [pertaineth] the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the Torah, and the service [of Elohim ( ,])and the promises; Whose [are] the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh ha HaMashiyach [came], who is over all, Elohim () blessed le olam vaed. Amein.
Heb. 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
Rev.3:5; He that overcomes, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the scroll of Chayim, but I will confess his name before My Father, and before his messengers.
Rev.13:8
And all that dwell upon the eretz shall worship him, whose names are not written in the sefer of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.;
Rev.21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it anything that defileth, neither [whatsoever] worketh abomination, or [maketh] a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's scroll of Chayim. It is sin that separates us from Yahuah. Sin is the transgression of the Law of Yahuah. For the wages of sin is death. Be of good cheer for through the HaMashiyach we have the forgiveness of sins and the gift of the Ruakh HaQodesh to guide us into all truth.
It is very important, and also our responsibility to look after all three: the body, the mind and the Ruakh. But the problem is that most people are starving and killing their Ruakh without even knowing it. Most people don't even know that they have a Ruakh. The HaMashiyach clearly warns us of the dangers to our Ruakh. Mattiyahu 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear Him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
Romans 8:1-39; [There is] therefore now no condemnation to them which are in HaMashiyach ( ,)Yahu(ah)shua who walk not after the flesh, but after the Ruakh. For the Torah of the Ruakh of life in HaMashiyach Yahu(ah)shua( )hath made me free from the Torah of sin and death. For what the "law" could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, Elohim ( )sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
That the tzedakah (righteousness) of the Torah might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Ruakh. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Ruakh the things of the Ruakh. For to
be carnally minded [is] death; but to be Spiritually minded [is] life and peace. Because the carnal mind [is] enmity against Elohim ( :)for it is not subject to the Torah of Elohim ( ,)neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please Elohim (.)
But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Ruakh, if so be that the Ruakh of Elohim () dwell in you. Now if any man has not the Ruakh of HaMashiyach he is none of his. And if HaMashiyach [be] in you, the body [is] dead because of sin; but the Ruakh [is] life because of tzedakah.
But if the Ruakh of him that raised up Yahu(ah)shua ( )from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up HaMashiyach from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Ruakh that dwelleth in you. Therefore, achim (brethren), we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Ruakh do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. For as many as are led by the Ruakh Elohim ( ,)they are the Benai Elohim (.)
For ye have not received the Ruakh of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Ruakh of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
The Ruakh itself beareth witness with our Ruakh, that we are the children of Elohim ( :)And if children, then heirs; heirs of Elohim ( ,)and joint-heirs with Moshiach; if so be that we suffer with [him], that we may be also glorified together. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time [are] not worthy [to be compared] with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
For the earnest expectation of the HaBri'ah (Creation) waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of Elohim ( .)For HaBri'ah (Creation) was made
subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected [the same] in hope, Because HaBri'ah (Creation) itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of Elohim ( .)For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only [they], but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Ruakh, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, [to wit], the redemption of our body. For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, [then] do we with patience wait for [it].Likewise the Ruakh also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Ruakh itself maketh intercession for us with gro n ngs which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what [is] the mind of the Ruakh, because he maketh intercession for the set apart ones according to [the will of] Elohim ( .)And we know that all things work together for good to them that love Elohim ( ,)to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.
For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate [to be] conformed to the image of His Son, that he might be the firstborn among many achim (brethren). Moreover whom He did predestinate, them He also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. What shall we then say to these things? If Elohim ([ )be] for us, who [can be] against us? He that spared not His own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Who shall lay anything to the charge of Elohim (')s elect? [It is] Elohim ( )that justifieth.Who [is] he that condemneth? [It is] HaMashiyach that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of Elohim ( ,)who also maketh intercession for us.Who shall separate us from the love of HaMashiyach, [shall] tzarah (trouble), or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
As it is written:
For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other HaBri'ah (Creation), shall be able to separate us from the love of Elohim ( ,)which is in HaMashiyach Yahu(ah)shua( )ELoneinu.
1 Yochanan 2:15-17
Love not the world, neither the things [that are] in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of Ha AVI is not in him. For all that [is] in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of Ha AVI, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of Elohim abideth forever.
If you neglect your Ruakh, it will die. We are told not to quench the Ruakh
1 Thessalonians 5:4-24 But ye, my achim, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as [do] others; but let us watch and be zililut da'as (sober). For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. But let us, who are of the day, be zililut da'as (sober minded), putting on the choshen (breastplate) of emunah (faith) and ahavah (love); and for a kovah (helmet), the tikvah (hope) of yeshu'at Eloheinu (salvation). For Elohim hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by ELoneinu Yahu(ah)shua ( )Moshiach, Who died for us, that, whether we are awake or asleep, we should live together with him. Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
Final Instruction
And we beseech you, my achim, to know them which labour among you, and are your Mashgichim Ruchaniyim (Spiritual Overseers) in Adonay, and admonish you; And to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. [And] be at shalom among yourselves. Now we exhort you, my achim, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all [men]. See that none render evil for evil unto any [man]; but ever follow that which is tov, both among yourselves, and to all [men]. Simcha evermore. Make tefillah without ceasing. In everything give thanks: For this is ha ratzon Elohim in Moshiach Yahu(ah)shua ( )concerning you. Quench not the Ruakh haQodesh ( Holy Spirit).
Prove all things; hold fast that which is Tov (good). Abstain from all appearance of ra'ah (evil). And the very Elohim of shalom sanctify you wholly; and [I pray Elohim] your whole Ruakh (spirit) and nefesh (soul) and basar (body) be preserved blameless unto the coming of ELoneinu Yahu(ah)shua ()
So now comes the question, "How do we feed and care for our Ruakh? Feed your Ruakh with YHWHs (Y u s) Word, invite YHWHs (Y u s) Sacred Ruakh into your life, hang on for dear life and never let His Ruakh go. Be clothed with YHWHs (Y u s) Sacred Ruakh. Keep YHWHs (Y u Sabbath and Feast Days. Forsake not the assembling of yourselves s)
. Worship Yahuah in Ruakh and in truth. Sing Tehillim to Yahuah and rejoice before Him always. Read and study YHWHs (Y u s) Word daily.
Obey Yahuah. Forsake the evil. Produce fruits of righteousness, having the fruit of theRuakh HaQodesh
Galatians 5:22-25 But the fruit of the Ruakh is love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, gracious, trustworthiness, Meekness, Self-control: against such there is no Torah. And they that are HaMashiyach's have impaled the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Ruakh, let us also halak (Walk) in the Ruakh.
Put on the whole armour of Yahuah Ephesians 6:10-18; Finally, my brethren, be strong in Eloahi, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of Elohim), that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
