Food an Art Year 9 CAT 2 Cupcake Design Task
Design Brief You and a partner have decided to start a cupcake business. Your specialty will be designing cupcakes to suit different party themes. Some of the themes you will cater for include:
Halloween Animals Spring Creepy Critters Valentine’s Day Funny Faces Chocolate Heaven Under the Sea Circus Football
You have decided to make some sample products to distribute to some of the local restaurants and party centres.
Investigate and design
1. Use the internet and recipe books to provide you with inspiration for designs that suit the themes above. Print or copy at least 6 different designs that you like and annotate each to say what appeals to you about each one. Submit your inspiration. You can draw or provide pictures here. Generate
