Introduction/
Rationale Christmas giving is of paramount importance as it embodies the essence of love, compassion, and
generosity that defines the holiday season. Through the act of giving, we share joy with our loved
ones, strengthen relationships, and create lasting memories. Moreover, it provides an opportunity
to extend our care and support to those in need, fostering a sense of community and unity. By
teaching values of empathy, gratitude, and kindness, Christmas giving not only enriches our own
lives but also contributes to the betterment of society. It reminds us to prioritize meaningful
connections over material possessions, spreading hope and positivity to all those around us.
Conducting an income-generating project, such as the Barkada Online Caroling, is vital for
supporting Barkada Kontra Droga programs. It ensures sustainable funding, empowers individuals,
engages the community, provides prevention and alternative opportunities, and takes a holistic
approach to address drug-related issues. By combining income generation and drug prevention
efforts, these programs can have a profound and lasting impact in creating drug-free communities.
Activity Objectives a. Raise fund for the gift giving programs and renovation of Barkada Kiosk
b. Share blessings among the youngsters in the community.
Expected Outputs At the end of the activity every BKD member was able to:
a.) Participate in the different programs, projects, and activities of the organization
b.) Contribute to the community development

Narrative Report on the Conduct of Barkada Online Caroling
Online Christmas caroling by Barkada Kontra Droga is a meaningful initiative that

combines the spirit of the holiday season with drug prevention efforts. Through virtual
platforms, the program engages participants in spreading joy and positivity through
caroling while raising awareness about the dangers of drugs. This innovative approach
allows for wider reach and community involvement, fostering a sense of unity and
promoting a drug-free lifestyle. By embracing technology and leveraging the power of
music, Barkada Kontra Droga's online Christmas caroling serves as a creative and
impactful way to promote their cause during the festive season.
The activity began with the recording of Christmas carols by Barkada Kontra
Droga. Participants came together to showcase their musical talents and spread the
holiday spirit through the power of music. By recording the carols, the program was able
to create a digital collection of performances that could be shared widely online. This
allowed for broader reach and engagement, enabling the messages of drug prevention
and the joy of Christmas to be shared with a larger audience. The recording of
Christmas carols served as a foundation for the online caroling initiative, setting the
stage for a memorable and impactful experience.
The members of Barkada Kontra Droga generously shared their blessings among
the youngsters in various communities. They recognized the importance of reaching out
and making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals. Through their acts of
giving, they provided assistance, support, and resources to empower the youth and
steer them away from the dangers of drug abuse. By sharing their blessings, Barkada
Kontra Droga members demonstrated compassion, instilled hope, and inspired the
younger generation to make positive choices for a brighter future.
The remaining funds raised during the Barkada Online Caroling were put to good
use by renovating the Barkada Kiosk in the school. Recognizing the importance of
providing a safe and welcoming space for students, the members of Barkada Kontra
Droga utilized the funds to improve the kiosk's infrastructure and create an environment
conducive to their drug prevention programs. The renovated Barkada Kiosk now serves
as a hub for information, support, and outreach activities, further strengthening the
organization's efforts to create a drug-free school community. The investment in the
kiosk demonstrates the commitment of Barkada Kontra Droga to provide valuable
resources and support systems for students to make positive choices and resist the
influence of drugs.
