Chapter 1
Introduction
A model mosque would serve as a public institution with the goals of promoting Islamic
fraternity, authentic Islamic values and practices conducting research building strong
infrastructures for men’s and women’s prayers offering religious instruction and training
raising public awareness against societal issues and preventing drugs, terrorism, child
marriage, dowry and violence against women and children. It is also widely used as
a school for teaching people of all ages to learn Namaz (prayer), as well as to read,
recite, and memorize the Holy Qur’an. The mosque also promotes Muslims’ moral
and spiritual growth while teaching them more about Islam and its way of life. As a
solution, here we came up with the concept to design a mosque in AutoCAD with a
wide range of services, including a large prayer hall, a large playground and peaceful
environment. The reason why a mosque is being designed as a project for engineering
drawing is now being questioned. The reason we want to design a mosque is that Allah
states that whoever builds a Mosque for the sake of Allah Almighty ’whether or not
it’s far small or large’ Allah Almighty builds a residence for him in paradise. (Sahih
al-Bukhari 450, Sahih Muslim 533). 3 |
1.1 Design Goals/Objectives

We want to do a project where every Muslims of/from society will be benefited from
this project in various ways. Our objectives are: 1. To design a model mosque. 2. To
design a big prayer hall room. 3. To design a peaceful environment for worshiper.

2.1 Mosque 2D and 3D Design

In our project we made 2D mosque, we are going to design the mosque by AutoCAD
software.
You can fix the height, width, position, etc., of the figure accordingly.

Performance Evaluation
3.1 Simulation Procedure

The project we implemented on AutoCAD 3D modeling. We designed the project in a
very efficient way. The cost of real-life implementation of this project is very efficient.
Through this project will help people implementing mosque in different way. And also,
it will look very attractive at this modern world. People will be benefited in various way
from this project. Overall, it will also make a peaceful environment for prayers.
3.2 Results and Discussions
3.2.1 Results
Here is exact visualization of our 3D mosque design.
3.2.2 Analysis and Outcome

In this way, we try to design our whole project with combining the 2D and 3D modeling
and finally got the desired design of our 3D mosque plan.

Conclusion
4.1 Discussion
Since Islam has always encouraged Muslims to build mosques, many generous and
maintain them for the welfare of their community. The project will be implemented
on AutoCAD 3D modeling. We designed the project in a very efficient way. The
cost of real-life implementation of this project is very efficient. This project will erase
the traditional perception of Muslims regarding mosque services and contributions to
the society. Most importantly this project will definitely help Imam and Muezzin to
establish mosque as central hub of the society. And general people will be benefited
in a various way from this project. Overall, it will also make peaceful environment for
worshipers.
4.2 Practical Implications

This project will help to get the idea of practical implication by using AutoCAD. At
this project we use AutoCAD for modelling. We designed the project in a very efficient
way. The cost of this project in real-life implementation is very efficient. By this project
people will find a modern beautiful mosque. This project will be benefit for every
people. Making this project in real life is very easy.
4.3 Scope of Future Work

We think a lot of stuff about this project but there are some limitations that we can’t
overcome because of short time. We will implement many thinks at future: 1. A big
library. 2. A grave beside the mosque. 3. A pond beside the mosque. 4. A playground
for children.
