INTER BARANGAY BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT

September 17- September 29, 2022

GROUND RULES

1. The Tournament is an Inter Barangay Basketball Tournament


2. The Tournament is open to all during the Screening Day September 17, 2022.
3. The players must reside at least 6 months above in the Barangay.
4. All players must be present during the Screening of Players and must bring Photocopy
of Birth Certificate and any Valid ID that indicates their date of birth.
5. All players must pass the screening committee based on their proof of birth and in
physical appearance before he can play the game.
6. All players will never allow to play without proper basketball shoes, uniform for the teams
are optional.
7. All players during the game should stay at the Players Bench provided and never allow
them to set anywhere during the game, the management can call for the technical foul
for any violation.
8. The officiating and the management can call for any Technical Fouls or can disqualify
from the game or from the tournament of any players/team for any unethical behavior
during the game.
9. Technical fouls called; 2 free throws and 1 ball position for the opposing team.
10. Protest will be entertained during the first game of a team. But players who have not
played their first game can still be protested.
11. The format of the tournament will be single-round elimination. Game schedules will be
provided as soon as each team line-up will be received by the committee.
12. Prizes:
CHAMPION----------------P 5,000.00
1ST PRIZE------------------P 3,000.00
2ND PRIZE------------------P 2,000.00
13. All New Fiba rules not included on this Ground Rules will be applied.
