BANKING WITHOUT BANKS!

GAME CHANGING OPPORTUNITY IN FAST GROWING MOBILE BANKING SECTOR!!!

Retail banks are institutions. Old. Established. Global…
Today’s competitive landscape in banking is far
removed from what one would have seen just ten
years ago.

MobiCash allows users to self-organize as a financial

network in a ‘peer to peer’ world, in which financial
products such as deposit, remittances, loans, and
investments are all backed by our Mobile Payment
Cashless Platform, undoubtedly the most disruptive
financial technology in recent decades. Thus avoiding
intermediary institutions.

MobiCash universal access to financial services is

within reach – thanks to new disrupting technologies
and transformative business models.

All mobile banking & payment businesses need a traditional banking “sponsor”
in order to obtain Central Banks Licenses. The bank partners are therefore
conducting extensive due diligence on the mobile payment providers (incl.
technology, compliance to regulations etc.).

with a scheme administrator which is Rwanda Social Security Board(RSSB) and covers both
salaried and unsalaried people.
• RNIT (Rwanda National Investment Trust)
Mobicash platform will be used to collect and manage collective investment schemes to
provide professional investment management and administration and to promote the culture

On-demand Services Are The Next Big Thing !!!

The on-demand economy is replacing traditional

business models faster than we anticipated.
What started as the fastest way to hail a taxi,
Uberization has changed the way businesses
perceive demand, provision the supply, and
deliver.

Almost everything from medicines, food, groceries, to services are booked through
mobile apps. The on-demand economy has taken off because, as a society, we've
come to demand things faster – whether Internet content, movies from the theatre to
home or products we order online.
Mobisquid.com is making customer-supplier relationships less rigid. Designed to meet
the consumer’s every possible wish, the Mobisquid.com on-demand services is now
transforming companies and the job market, and disrupting traditional players in
many different sectors. | 19

The current systems and workflows for money transfers between financial institutions are too
complex, requiring multiple steps to reduce risks and frauds. A similar process is used for all kinds of
transactions: both for settlement of regular retail payments, and huge institutional transfers. These
limitations affect many institutions.

 Flexibility of collection, with recipient funds being collected as cash from a registered agent
or ATM, or deposited into the beneficiary’s bank account
 Collection of sender and recipient KYC data through registration functions
 Compliance with local regulatory requirements through control over business processes,
including individual remittance limits and total value of remittances, applied over time
 Flexible operations through management of forex rates and fees
 Fixed and variable agent commissions and fees offer very flexible multiple pricing models
 Comprehensive reporting to monitor business performance
 Automated generation of multi-party settlement and reconciliation files

Biometric components – allowing our platform to integrate fingerprint and voice biometrics easily.

| 34
MOBICASH TRANSACTION FLOW:
1. E-money transactions are backed by Agent
float (real money) held with Mobicash’s FLOAT MANAGEMENT
sponsoring bank. i.e. for every E-money
transaction an Agent does, there must be
same quantum of real money held in deposit
with the bank. Hence the first step is Agent
depositing float into the bank’s account.

2. The bank converts the float into E-money.

3. The agent can now conduct transactions with

clients such as Cash in or Cash out.

4. Customers who have cashed-in money at an

agent can transfer it using Mobicash
applications.

5. Customers can also directly pay a Merchant

or pay bills using E-money.

6. Agents and Merchants can cash out the E-

money with the sponsoring bank and receive
real money.
| 35
ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING & CFT POLICIES
