BANKS RELATIONSHIPS
All mobile banking & payment businesses need a traditional banking “sponsor”
in order to obtain Central Banks Licenses. The bank partners are therefore
conducting extensive due diligence on the mobile payment providers (incl.
technology, compliance to regulations etc.).

GOVERNMENTS RELATIONSHIPS
MoneyGram International Inc. is the second largest money transfer and remittance
services company in the world with market leading growth.
The partnership with Mobicash will enable Moneygram to reach banked and
unbanked clients including asylum seekers and people in rural areas. The services that
will be provided are outgoing and incoming remittances as well as an ability to cash in
and cash out. Mobicash will provide Moneygram with “know your customer” (KYC)
ability as well as mobile wallet for their clients.
The deal will enable open access to financial institutions, payment processors, mobile
network operators and merchants. It will also provide Mobicash with an extensive
global reach, and will benefit its reputation worldwide.
MoneyGram Payment Services Inc. recently opened a legal entity in South Africa,
MPSSA (MoneyGram Payment System South Africa). MPSSA is currently finalizing the
set-up of its local governance and processes.

On-demand Services Are The Next Big Thing !!!
Almost everything from medicines, food, groceries, to services are booked through
mobile apps. The on-demand economy has taken off because, as a society, we've
come to demand things faster – whether Internet content, movies from the theatre to
home or products we order online.
Mobisquid.com is making customer-supplier relationships less rigid. Designed to meet
the consumer’s every possible wish, the Mobisquid.com on-demand services is now
transforming companies and the job market, and disrupting traditional players in
many different sectors. | 19

The current systems and workflows for money transfers between financial institutions are too
complex, requiring multiple steps to reduce risks and frauds. A similar process is used for all kinds of
transactions: both for settlement of regular retail payments, and huge institutional transfers. These
limitations affect many institutions.

TECHNOLOGY BEHIND MOBICASH
TECHNOLOGY
| 25
OUR TECHNOLOGY
All Mobicash solutions are built on a transaction & account management platform. The platform
ensures fluid - real time - cash-flow tracing that is reliable and secure. After each transaction, the
server instantly balances accounts and posts updated information.
Mobicash platform includes all transaction elements and can be adapted or interfaced with any
third party platform or database.
Mobicash has assembled assets, which provide it with the resources to become a unique mobile banking and
payment brand. Mobicash has several differences and value additions such as:
Biometric components – allowing our platform to integrate fingerprint and voice biometrics easily.
Voice biometric - The use of voice biometric would simply require access to an enabled telephone (can
be personal or stationed at MobiCash authorised Agent).
AlgoID - Storing Client & Payment data on the device in secure hyper encrypted enclave remove therisk
used by standard systems where credit card data and payment instrument information is stored on a
central server making it a target attractive for hackers.
Face picture recognition – providing an additional mean of verification.
Proxidata proprietary technology – allowing customers and merchant to complete a purchase without
having to deploy any credit card devise. | 26

FLOAT MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES
The Bank and MobiCash will establish a transactional escrow account to be used as a Treasury
Account for holding the equivalent of E-Money under the following safeguards to ensure that trust
funds do work properly in practice and more importantly protect the public funds:
In general, MobiCash act in a fiduciary relationship to their clients. With respect to handling
property of others, here are some key fiduciary principles that serves as guidelines:
a) Duty to segregate: "MobiCash shall hold property of clients or third persons that is in his
possession in connection with a deposit separate from his own property.
b) Duty to safeguard: "Funds shall be kept in a separate account maintained in the Bank where
the MobiCash has a Treasury account, or elsewhere with the consent of the client or third
person.
c) Duty to promptly notify of receipt of funds: Upon receiving funds in which the client or third
person has an interest, MobiCash shall promptly notify the client or third person.
d) Duty to promptly deliver funds: "Except as stated in this rule or otherwise permitted by law
or by agreement with the client, MobiCash shall promptly deliver to the client or third
person any funds that the client or third person is entitled to receive . . .
e) Duty to account: Upon request by the client or third person, MobiCash shall promptly render
a full accounting regarding such funds.
| 34
MOBICASH TRANSACTION FLOW:
1. E-money transactions are backed by Agent
float (real money) held with Mobicash’s FLOAT MANAGEMENT
sponsoring bank. i.e. for every E-money
transaction an Agent does, there must be
same quantum of real money held in deposit
with the bank. Hence the first step is Agent
depositing float into the bank’s account.
