    Ma’am/Sir:

    In Memorandum No. 0276-1115, series of 2022 dated November 15, 2022, issued by our
    School Head, Ma’am Marife A. Cañares, the undersigned was advised to attend along with a
    student participant from the Grade 9 Mother Club, the Student-Led School Watching and Hazard
    Mapping Activity on this day, November 18, 2022, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at MNCHS
    Student Center. Hence, may I request Rhianna Glaynez Obenza of Grade 9 – Blaise Pascal to
    be excused from her classes to attend the aforementioned activity in behalf of Mark Anthony
    Atibagos. While it was the latter who was included in the Memo, the former is the Grade 9
    Mother Club President, so she is deemed fit to attend. Rest assured that she will perform her
    subject-related activities she might miss as soon as possible.

    Attached is the copy of the Memorandum. Hoping for your kind consideration. Thank
