OBJECTIVE

I have earned Nine years’ experience in project management, training delivery and
management, legal Counseling, evidence-based advocacy, policy advocacy, and issue
based advocacy, community Networking, community mobilization, community outreach,
community dialogues and monitoring/ Evaluation. I carry extraordinary knowledge and
working experience in women empowerment, youth Development, good governance and
access to justice projects in Kabul.
As a distinction, I am member of USAID/Promote program in Kabul and promoting the
women rights through regularly attending the advocacy forums, meetings and dialogues.
Along with, I have Extraordinary skills in presentation, consultation, debates and
counselling of the girls and women in Cases of violence, gender based violence, domestic
violence and education.

EXPERIENCE

1.1. Organization:
Women In Action Organization (WIAO)

Position: Executive Director (2020-2022)

§ Report to and work closely with the Board of Directors to seek their involvement in
policy decisions, fundraising and to increase the overall visibility of the organization.
§ Supervise, collaborate with organization staff.
§ Strategic planning and implementation.
§ Planning and operation of annual budget.
§ Serve as WISAO’s primary spokesperson to the organization’s constituents, the media
and the general public.
§ Establish and maintain relationships with various organizations and utilize those
relationships to strategically enhance WISAO’s Mission.
§ Engage in fundraising and developing other revenues.
§ Oversee marketing and other communications efforts.
§ Oversee organization Board and committee meetings.
§ Establishing employment and administrative policies and procedures for all functions
and for the day-to-day operation of the nonprofit.
§ Review and approve contracts for services.

1.2. Organization:
Instant Educational Consultancy Services (IECS)

Position: Chief Executive Officer (2019-2020)

§ Provide inspired leadership company wide.


§ Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
§ Report to the board of directors and keep them informed.
§ Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan.
§ Act as the primary spokesperson for the company.
§ Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision.
§ Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary.
§ Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
§ Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
§ Work with senior stakeholders, chief financial officer, chief information officer, and
other executives.
§ Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws
and regulations.
§ Work with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short
and long term goals.
§ Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
§ Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

1.3. Organization:
Helping Hands for Women Organization (HHWO)
Kabul, Afghanistan (International Position)
Position: Deputy Director (Advocacy and Communication)(2017-2019)

Key Responsibilities:
§ To implement the organization’s strategy and Program in a timely, effective and
efficient manner.
§ Ensure the coherence and effective co-ordination of the Program in close co-
ordination project Staff.
§ To represent the organization to the host and home country governments, including
the Ministry of Education, the local administration, and to the UN agencies to ensure
positive relations and Potential future.
§ To coordinate, harmonies and link the work of the partners when applicable;
§ Building partnerships with international and national organizations to design joint
projects and Fundraising tools for networking, fundraising, and developing donor
driven strategies for securing Institutional funds.

§ Planning and implementing project oversight meetings for solving project problems
and designing risks management tools together with the relevant departments and
management
§ Document, analyze, and share learning from proposal and reporting process, and
compliance with donor rules
§ Managing the grant application process and ensuring that reporting meets donors'
expectations
§ Attending UN Coordination Clusters and developing project concepts and proposals
as per the Standard Operating Procedures, Do No Harm, Sphere Standards and
principals of donors funding appeals
§ Attending relevant fundraising forums such as National Fundraising events of
ACBAR, National UN cluster meetings, ANCB, AWN, National CSOs Forum of
Counterpart International & related bodies

Position: Admin Officer (2015-2017)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing office supplies stock and placing orders


• Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
• Administration of company databases
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Book meeting rooms as required
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Schedule in-house and external events

Unique Ever Green Consulting Group (UEGCG)
Position: Admin and Finance Manager + Educational Consultant (2014-2015)

Key Responsibilities:
• Process sales invoices.
• Administer day-to-day finances.
• Lodge cash/ cheques and manage online banking including online payments and
transfers.
• Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations.
• Administer credit control/debt collection.
• Administer payment of bills, invoices and staff and volunteer expense claims.
• Ensure financial controls are adhered to
• Assist in preparation of year-end audit
• Administer the sale, stock control and promotion of Camogie merchandising.
• Develop and administer financial procedures relating to development initiatives and
coaching and games activities
