1) Nature of Business: In the middle of Winnipeg, The Forks Market is a large

outdoor market. More than 100 vendors there sell a wide range of goods,

including food, crafts, and mementos. The market is a well-liked tourist attraction

as well as a fantastic place for locals to eat and shop.

2) Store Image: The Forks Market strives to produce a lively, enjoyable, and

welcoming environment. There is continuous live music playing, and the market is

decorated with colorful banners and flags. The food is excellent, and the vendors

are friendly and helpful.

3) Position within the Market: The Forks Market is a unique location that has

something to offer everyone. It is a fantastic location for finding uncommon

presents, small items, and food. The market is a fantastic location for people-

watching and taking in the atmosphere.

4) Perceptual Map: The Forks Market, which is located in Winnipeg, was the only

one that advertised itself as a luxurious, mid-range market. There are, however,

4-5 other markets in the area, but the variety and range of goods that this market

offered were unmatched. Even though it was of the highest quality, the cost

seemed reasonable. If I compare the other stores' prices and quality standards,

the results will be as follows:

MARKETS RATING

 The Forks Market 1

 Grant Park Shopping Centre 3

 Polo Park 4

 The St. Vital Centre 2

5) Product Mix: Clothing, shoes, accessories, home goods, electronics, and toys

are just a few of the many products available in the store. Other services provided

by the shop include gift wrapping, individualized shopping, and delivery. Product

Lines: Men's, women's, and children's clothing, shoes, accessories, home goods,

electronics, and toys are just a few of the store's many product categories.
6) Category of product: This Company would fall under the products category of

stores. Customers typically go to shopping establishments to browse and find the

goods they require. These establishments sell a wide range of goods.

7) Synergy: All of the marketing mix components used by this company work in

unity with one another. Customers can more easily afford the store because of its

fair prices. Additionally, the store provides a variety of discounts and promotions,

which draws customers in even more. Customers will find the store's location to

be convenient, and the layout is user-friendly. Customers enjoy shopping at the

store because the staff is welcoming and helpful.

8) Target Market: This company targets a diverse group of people, including men,

women, kids, families, students, and professionals.

9) Demographic Factors: Age, gender, income, education, occupation, and

location are the demographic variables that are most relevant for this particular

business when creating a marketing plan. These variables can be used to divide

the population into distinct demographic groups and send them marketing

messages that are relevant to their interests.

10) VALS: Achievers is the VALS segment that, in my opinion, would be the ideal

market for the goods that this company sells. Successful individuals who are
driven by success and achievement are known as achievers. They typically have

high incomes and good educations. They may also have an interest in electronics,

home goods, and fashion. Since they are likely to have disposable income to buy

the company's products, I believe this market would be a good fit for the

company. They might also be wondering about current styles and trends.

11) Decision-making Process: A number of elements, such as the product's price,

quality, reviews, and availability, are likely to have an impact on the decision-

making process a typical consumer would use with regard to a product at The

Forks Market. This has marketing impacts because companies selling goods at The

Forks Market must ensure that their wares are reasonably priced, of high quality,

and have favorable reviews. To appeal to a wide range of consumers, they must

also ensure that their products are offered in a selection of sizes and colors.

12) Information Sources: The following are some of the sources of information

that a consumer is likely to consult before making a purchase at The Forks

Market: the item's price, quality, reviews, availability, location, and warranty.

13) Purchase Decision Maker: The consumer's family, friends, coworkers, spouse,

another individual consumer, or significant other are likely to make the

purchasing decision for the goods available at The Forks Market.

14) Evaluative Criteria: Customers' fashion preferences are a deciding factor in

their purchasing decisions. And it changes occasionally as consumer tastes and

fashion trends change.

15) Decision Influencers: The consumer's favorite actor, publication, or website is

likely to have an impact on their decision to buy products at The Forks Market.

These marketers may sway a consumer's choice by educating them about the

product, sharing their own first-hand knowledge of it, or just by making it more

attractive to the buyer.

16) Brand Choice: Various factors influence the brands that consumers choose

from within their evaluation set. Customers may also decide on a brand based on

their own preferences, such as their preferred design or color.

17) Risks: Purchasing and consuming the products that are offered at The Forks

Market carries some risks. Some of the products are made with tiny components

that can overwhelm young children. Additionally, some of the products contain

ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in some consumers. By carefully

reading the product labels and keeping small parts out of young children's reach,

the risks related to purchasing and consuming the products at The Forks Market
can be reduced. Before making a purchase, be sure to inquire with the staff about

the products' ingredients if you have any allergies.

18) Motivation: People looking for gifts, curios, or other items that reflect

Canadian culture are the Forks Market's ideal customers. The store's goods are

made to appeal to a broad demographic, including both children and adults. The

staff is helpful and friendly, and the store's prices are fair.

19) Non-Verbal Communication: The Forks Market's layout, lighting, signboard,

sound, smell, and general cleanliness are all key elements of the store's nonverbal

communication. The store is laid out clearly, and the products are attractively

displayed. The signage is readable and easy to read, and the lighting is cheerful

and bright. There is relaxing background music playing, and the volume of the

sound is moderate. The air is thick with the odor of new pine needles. The store is

neat, lovely, and welcoming all around.

20) Thoughts and Opinions: The Forks Market was a good place to shop for me.

The store was well-stocked, organized, and had a nice and clean staff. The goods

were reasonably priced and nicely displayed. I would undoubtedly advise anyone

looking for gifts, gift shops, or other items that reflect Canadian culture.
21) Improvements: I believe adding more interactive displays would enhance the

shopping experience at The Forks Market. For instance, the store could have a

demonstration area where customers could see how to make pouting or maple

syrup. The shop might also stock more books and other educational resources

about Canadian culture. For instance, the store might have a display on Canada's

history or the various cultures that make up Canada. These changes, in my

opinion, would make shopping at Oh Canada more interesting and educational.
