GEYUSHI Automotive Industries, Design Section Head (Feb. 2022- Present)

• Responsibilities

▪ Schedule the project execution plan and allocates and plan work within the department according to the
schedule.
▪ Coordinate with prototype workshop for feedbacks and design modifications.
▪ Handline all stress analysis studies which are required to make sure vehicles are safe and weight optimized
for better performance.
▪ Giving recommendations and insights into the crucial design locations based on stress analysis results.
▪ Maintains a department skills matrix for employees, identifies training and development needs of staff.
▪ Performance manages department staff, including conducting annual performance appraisals.
▪ Provides technical leadership to the Mechanical Design team.

• Responsibilities

▪ Managing large customer accounts (MCV, Geyushi Motors, AL-Khorayef, SMI, Kiriazi, ASG, AutoCool, …etc)
▪ Planning how customers reach their mechanical designs using CAD, CAM programs in the most efficient way.
Assist customers to select all the necessary products and tools to achieve their business goals.
▪ Provide support, guidance, and assistance to Junior Technical Support Engineers. Ensure all procedures are
implemented.

IEMCO, CAD/CAM Engineer (Aug. 2015 – Jun. 2016)


I was responsible for all products design and HPDC stamps design and manufacturing processes.
Using CAD with CAE programs to enhance our design for best performance and achieving cost reduction. Using
HeidenHein controlled CNC milling machines with CAM software solutions, CNC spark cutting machine,
conventional turning machines and grinding machines to achieve the designed parts precisely.
I was in charge of 15 technicians, 3 CNC milling machines, 3 conventional turning machines and stamps workshop.

EL-Arabia, Mechanical Design & Production Engineer (Apr. 2015- Jul. 2015)

I was responsible for all the technical designs, drawings, manufacturing and production processes using conventional
machining machines (turning, milling, drilling , Gear Hobbing , shaper and grinding ) leader of 10 technicians working as a
team to improve the company’s production and services quality and pushing it forward every day.
I was responsible for all gears calculations and manufacturing using the Gear Hobbing machine to generate Helical, Spur
and worm Gears, I was also responsible for all products search, development and production process organizing.

CUSTOMER PROJECTS

MCV— 10 Months Implementation


I’ve supported MCV design team to accomplish the new bus project- MCV 600 FL – from start to the very end passing
through all 3D-design steps, generating all the necessary documentations with design team then with technology team
with all the necessary documentation for manufacturing and fabrication for the new bus components.

▪ On time support for both MCV Design & Technology teams.


▪ Convert components from 2D AutoCAD to 3D SOLIDWORKS files.
▪ Generate 90% of the new designed components 2D SOLIDWORKS Drawing Files.
▪ Managing all EPDM permissions and workflow related to MCV engineers and managers.
▪ Create all the necessary documentations related to implementation progress and obstacles.
▪ Best practice and available solutions customized manual generating for MCV future Projects.

Geyushi Motors SOLIDWORKS & PDM Implementation — 2 Months Implementation


I’ve supported Geyushi Motors team to configure their SOLIDWORKS PDM file vault to replace any Document
Management System needed for file management and communication between factory, design team and design
managers.

▪ Managing all EPDM permissions and workflow related to Geyushi Motors engineers and managers.
