Progressive Program Model

This document presents a progressive program model for gifted students consisting of three tiers. Tier 1 focuses on differentiation and social development for all gifted students within the regular classroom. Tier 2 provides enrichment options for some gifted students such as talent development programs. Tier 3 offers specialized services for a few gifted students including subject or grade acceleration and specialized classrooms.
