    Dear Councilor Ian Banzai Nieva,

    We are writing this letter to seek assistance from your good office in de-clogging

    and/or construting our drainage system located within the area of Barangay 50, Zone 4

    in Tondo, Manila.

    We are all residents who are severely affected by the problem caused by the

    overflowing of the drainage canal, which has been ongoing for more than a year.

    We are therefore asking your good office for monetary help to buy materials or

    deploy your personnel to de-clog and repair the pipes of our drainage system. Pictures

    of the drainage system is attached.

    Your prompt action to our request will be highly appreciated.
