4. UP Scholarship - Government of Uttar Pradesh
The Uttar Pradesh State Government with an aim to enhance literacy and create a
workforce of educated and knowledgeable people has put forward an education project to
provide education to every child in the state. The government imparts financial grants to
students enrolled in the universities. The crux of the Uttar Pradesh Grants Programme is to
provide financial support to students belonging to the SC/ST/OBC/Minority and General
categories and studying in Post-matric classes. Students belonging to different categories
have to provide income proof while applying for the Uttar Pradesh grant programmes.
▪ The annual income of the family should not exceed INR 2 Lakh for General,
Minority and OBC students.
▪ The annual income of the candidate’s family should not exceed INR 2.5 Lakh for
SC/ST students.

8. NET JRF Scholarship

The Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) scheme of the University Grants Commission (UGC)
is open to candidates who qualify in the National Eligibility Test-Junior Research
Fellowship (NET-JRF) of the UGC.

9. UGC-CSIR Scholarship
The Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) scheme of the University Grants Commission (UGC)
is open to candidates who qualify in the UGC-Council of Scientific and Industrial Research
(UGC-CSIR) joint test.

10.Malaviya Excellence Student Award

The University provide MALAVIYA EXCELLENCE STUDENT AWARD to promote bright and
extraordinary students to excel in aggregate of all the fields like academics, sports & games,
cultural and literary activities, technical, professional and research contributions. Each
year, the award will be given to top students of all the branches of UG and PG on 15th
August (Independence Day).
11.Research cum Teaching Fellow
The University provide Research cum Teaching Fellowship scheme to selected regular
research scholars to promote research activity and create prospective teachers with
Ph.D. qualification in the technical education by utilizing the experience of qualified
faculty available in the University for stimulating and inspiring excellence in Technical
Education and allied areas. The Fellowship consists of Rs. 12,500/- per month for three
years duration and a contingency grant.
