• Very Pleasant atmosphere Keith & Kyle were excellent. Wonderful service. Keith was exceptional
4 stars for him. 2. Kyle was extremely helpful, even offered me the use of his sweater in a cold
dining room.

• The waitress and her assistant were great and very attentive. Thank you, Kiana and Brian. More
Kyle to the entertainment dept, he's got talent. Bar staff was great. She kept my iced tea available.
• Kyle and Bryan were excellent servers. I would go back because of service.
• Bryan, Kyle, and Tasha were excellent. Luke at the bar was very good. John in management was
excellent.
• The staff in the River Club were not friendly, most days. Our waiters Kyle and Bryan in main dining
room were very good to us. However, I did not like a constant seating/ same table. Bartender Luke
was so nice to us. Kyle and Bryan were amazing in main dining room. They made our meals fun
and special.
• Dining staff, waitresses and bar staff was excellent. Need to have open seating. Two seating are
not good. Bryan, Kyle, Twaina, Jah and all other servers great.
• Kyle & Brian were very cordial and prompt. We were extremely happy with them. I feel they could
have not been any better. Thank you !

• Kyle and Brian were our main servers throughout the week and were wonderful, personable, and

management also remembered what we liked to drink and were very nice. We looked forward to
every meal.
• Everyone was so gracious, attentive, and friendly. Personable and quality staff! Names of those
who waited on us most, Mika, Alex, Tasha, Kaye, Kyle, John, Haley (Halo). Loved this staff.
• Brian, Kyle, & Antone' were excellent!
• The food often cold, cool instead of hot! Entrees and soups presented well but not consistent in
proper temperature. Kyle was an excellent waiter.
• Entrees that should have been hot or warm were cool- includes soup also. Some entrees were very
slow coming out of kitchen. Kyle is an excellent waiter.
• Most of the meals were good or above. Great variety, and availability to try new treats. Kyle is
excellent!
• The best wait staff were Kyle & Brian. Everyone should use them as the example of how to treat
guests. Unfortunately, more than once, a wait staff, bartender, or riverlorian was rude to me or
someone I was with. I felt like a 5 th grader who was bring punished.
• Kyle was great! Brian also wonderful!
• Kyle was excellent waiter. Our food was always late, not Kyle fault! Our seating was 5:15pm and
sometimes didn't get our diners till 6:30. Waiter with short red hair was not really friendly & heard
she was rude from some people.
Kyle was outstanding! He was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. His politeness
was greatly appreciated. Brian also was outstanding and took very good care of those at our table.
