JOB CONFIRMATION LETTER


SIMRANDEEP KAUR,
Congratulation for the consideration of your job application by the Company
Employment Directorate Office of Agile Engineering Consultants. Company to serve as
a full time employee of the Company after review of your job application submitted details.
You are hereby directed to join the company on or before July, 15 2023 in our office in
Auckland, New Zealand.

You will be on probation for 1-months then you will become our permanent employee
if found to be of a good behavior by observing company rules and regulations.

Employment Salary Details Below:

Start-up date: July, 15 2023
Leave Allowance: As per company policy
Salary: Monthly : NZD 3,500.00
Total Gross Annual : NZD 42,000.00

Working time: Your working hours will be from 9 am–5 pm, six normal working days.

You will receive your monthly salary on the last working day of the month.
There will be performance review after every six months and salary revision once a year.
NOTE:
NZ Immigration will give you a visa application approval once you submit your Visa
Application form with a letter, and you will be responsible for paying the fee. Your visa will
be issued within 5 working days.
ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS:

Med claim Insurance, Airfare
Traveling & Telecommunication

Note: Above Information are highly confidential and shall only can be discussed or show
once the Job offer letter soft copy/hard copy along with the Job reference Number is
shared. If found that the same has been discussed or is shared by any other
Person/Officials, the said Offer will stand cancel.

Probation Period: This job Offer is permanent job offer, however initially the probation
period will be standing for one months from date of joining.

Leave Policy: Detailed description of leave policy will be available in Job Appointment
letter which will be received by the employee at the induction time.

Employment Offer Details: At the date of joining, Employee needs to be submitted and
signed all the required Original/Xerox documents stating all employment terms and
conditions.

Also, This Appointment order will be revoked if you are unable to secure your traveling
documents before the date you are expected to resume duty.

TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT:

*Termination of Resignation: The employee terminates this agreement by given the


employer 3 months prior written notice of resignation.

*Termination on Retirement: This Agreement shall be terminated by the employees


voluntary Retirement, that retirement shall be effective on the last day of any financial
year, provided that the effective date of retirement by the employee gives six months
written notification to the employer.
* Termination on Disability

(1) If during the period of employment, the employee becomes unable due to mental or
physical illness or injury to perform his/her duties under this agreement in his / her
normal regular manner, this agreement shall be terminated:

(2) The employer has advised the employee that it currently maintains disability
insurance for all it employees during the term of this agreement.

*Termination upon death: If the employee dies during the period of employment, this
agreement shall be terminated.
