I PLUG MYSELF INTO YOUR RESURRECTION
POWER

What do we mean by the power of resurrection? Why is it beneficial to plug

your life into the power of resurrection? There are many mysteries in the word of
God. Some mysteries can be understood but most mysteries cannot be
understood. The mystery I want to talk about is the mystery, which few people
understand. The Bible says:

"that I may know him and the power of His resurrection, and may share
His sufferings, becoming like Him in His death," Phil 3:10
There is a power known as the resurrection power. It was this power that
Apostle Paul prayed that he might know.

The power of resurrection is so great and has so many mighty functions that
Apostle Paul prayed to know it. Apostle Paul prayed these prayer points thirty
years after he was born-again. If after thirty years of conversion and preaching
the signs and wonders of God Apostle Paul still prayed to know the power of His
resurrection then we have a long way to go.

There are some mysteries about God and His power of resurrection you do not
know. That is the reason why you need to understand the mystery behind God's
power. When you proclaim that you plug yourself into His resurrection power
you will know what you are saying.

This is what the psalmist was talking about in the book of Psalm. The Bible
says:
"Let the groans of the prisoners come before thee; according to thy great
power preserve those doomed to die"! Psalm 79:11.

There is a power that creates. There is a power that energizes. There is a

quickening power. There is a power that maketh life. There is a power that can
make alive and also kill. Jesus Christ said, "I am he that liveth and was dead. I
 have the key to life and death".

Most powers can kill but cannot make alive. But there is a power that can
make alive and kill. There is a voice that can speak to the dead and no matter
how dead the person is the dead will hear. Unfortunately there are so many
weapons of God that we don't use at all and we are not even aware of. In our
ignorance we neglect this weapon at our own peril.

When you understand the mystery of the power of resurrection and you know
how to key into it, your life changes. Jesus Christ said, "I am the resurrection
and the life". The Bible says that, in the beginning was the word and the word
was with God and the word was God. All things were made by Him.

There is a word that creates and that makes alive. The Bible says "By Him all
things consist". All things were made by Him and for Him. Whether visible or
invisible whether dominion, principal powers were made by Him and by Him all
things consist.

This means that there is a power that you can draw upon and it will change all
situations.

WHAT DO WE MEAN BY THE POWER OF

RESURRECTION?
1. It is the power that maketh alive.
Whether it is spiritual, physical, material, business, marriage, finance and
anything that is dead. There is a power that can make them alive. When the
power of resurrection comes into play, it makes doctors, and surgeons fools
because it operates in an extra-ordinary way.
A lady whose kidney, heart and every organ in her body collapsed was rushed
to the hospital in a wheelchair. When the doctors in that hospital examined her,
they said she cannot survive it. They did numerous tests for her and everything
was abnormal. The lady was so weak but she managed to tell them to give her
the phone. She managed to call me and all she said was pray immediately. I
started praying for her on the phone. The next morning, she was up and running.
When she got to the hospital, the doctors were surprised at her condition. They
did the test all over again and everything was normal. That was the power of
 resurrection at work. When the power of resurrection is at work, all doctors'
reports turn to lies; dried bones will come alive. When somebody has been
written off that is when the wind of power of resurrection blows.

A woman came from London to her husband unannounced; By the time she
got home she met a strange woman in her own house. The woman was very
angry and there was a big fight. The strange woman ran inside and packed her
belongings but before she left, she poured a portion of poison in the woman's
food. The woman ate the food and problem started. The husband rushed his wife
to the hospital and she was admitted. He went and called the strange woman to
come back home. At the hospital, the woman received her healing through the
power of resurrection and went back home. As she got home she met the strange
woman again and she commanded that the strange woman should go away. The
next morning the strange woman never woke up again. That was how she died.
The same power of resurrection that maketh life can kill without using hands.
The same power that healed the woman killed the strange woman.
2. The power of resurrection is the power that makes things to consist.

It is the power that changes dried bones. It is the power that speaks creative
words. It is the power that the Bible refers to as "Though dead but yet it speaks"

3. The power of resurrection is the power that accumulates holy fire within your
body.

If the fire runs through your body, anything that God did not plant in your
body will come out by force.
4. The power of resurrection is the power that destroys stagnation through the
elimination of decay.

Once it removes the decay, the stagnancy stops. It is part of the power of
resurrection that will empower you to make the rapture. It is the power that
makes the angel of life to stir the water of your life. The angel that comes to
trouble the water of Bethesda troubled it with the power of resurrection.
5. The power of resurrection is the bread of life.

It is the power that raises the physically and spiritually dead. It is a power that
speaks living words to dead things.
 A man saw me in France where I spoke to a spoilt refrigerator. At first he
thought I was mad but suddenly, the refrigerator started working. When he
bought his own fridge, it was not working. He came to meet me to speak to his
own fridge but I refuse and said he should do it himself.

Jesus Christ was an expert at speaking to inanimate objects. This same power
heals and kills the diseases. The power of resurrection is a power that speaks
words that are respected in the grave. It is the power that speaks words that scare
away death. It is the power that enables you to swim in the healing waters.

It is the power for you to die to self and to be alive in Christ. It is the power
that arrests coffin spirits. It is this power that pours water of life into desert
situations. It is the power that has the key of hell and death. It is the power that
gives liberation and complete deliverance. That is why when you plug yourself
into this power, wonders will begin to happen in your life.

WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS OF THE POWER OF

RESURRECTION?

1. By the power of resurrection you can cause the dead to live.

2. By the power of resurrection you can preserve your life
3. By the power of resurrection you can experience heaven one earth.
4. By the power of resurrection you can destroy destructive forces.
5. By the power of resurrection you can withdraw power from unfriendly
powers.
6. By the power of resurrection you can speak destruction to stagnancy and
decay.
7. By the power of resurrection you can convert dried bones to living flesh
and bones to living flesh and bones.
8. By the power of resurrection you can ignite revival in your life.
9. By the power of resurrection you can arrest the spirit of death in your
dream.
10. By the power of resurrection you can plug yourself into the current of life-
giving anointing.
11. By the power of resurrection you can speak life into your finances, your
business, marriage and career.
12. By the power of resurrection you can speak living words to the rain to carry
life or death.
13. By the power of resurrection you can bind killer words and dead words.
14. By the power of resurrection you can release waters of life into dead
situations.
15. By the power of resurrection you can tear away the strength of the
oppressors.
16. By the power of resurrection your handkerchief, your sweat and other
material things on your body can bring miracles.
17. By the power of resurrection you can use the key of hell and death.
18. By the power of resurrection you can reverse dead words assigned to you to
go back to their senders.
19. By the power of resurrection you can speak life to those dead things in your
life.
20. By the power of resurrection you can be catapulted to the level the spirit of
death thinks you will not reach.

Beloved, when you are plugged to this power, your situations will be re-
arranged. When you are plugged to this power, all the ancient Pharaohs pursuing
you will sink into the Red Sea. When you are plugged into this power, the
electric shock in it will chase your stubborn enemies away.

When you are plugged to this power, all the programme of death assigned to
your life will be terminated. When you are plugged into this power, the evil
name given to you by the enemies will be changed. When you are plugged into
this power all those contrary and untidy programmes will be terminated.
 CHAPTER TWO
DESTROYING THE POWER OF GRAVEYARD
SPIRIT

A lot of mysteries surround the graveyard.

"Let me not be ashamed, O LORD; for I have called upon thee: let the
wicked be ashamed, and let them be silent in the grave". Psalm 31:17
There is a spiritual entity and a location known as the grave.

"But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave: for he shall
receive me. Selah". Psalm 49:15

The grave has some powers. The Psalmist was still very much alive when he
said this. Because of this power of the grave, when Jesus died, He had to go to
that grave.
"By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison". I Peter
3:19

Jesus went down into the grave to preach to the spirits that were held in prison.
There is a prison in the grave and we need to understand that.

"O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?" I Cor. 15:55

Certain facts can be deduced from these passages we have read. However the
question is what do we mean by Grave Yard?

We mean the cemetery. It is a place for burying the dead, a final resting place.
The grave is a place of decay and a place of darkness and corruption. A place
where many created from the dust, go back to the dust. The Bible says, there is
no knowledge and no wisdom in the grave. A grave is always a silent place
because it is a place of death.
There is a mystery about the grave that is not clear to the modern man. The
grave has spiritual gates. It has some powers in it. This is why evil men are
sometimes attracted to it. When Satanist wants to terminate a life, they go to the
grave. They begin to call the living into the gates of the dead and under the cover
of that darkness; they do a lot of terrible things.

Satanists consult the grave yard, to appease the gods, sometimes to acquire
from the spirits certain information, sometimes to release afflictions to other
people, sometimes to release evil winds to blow on people and blow strange
sicknesses upon them, sometimes it is to destroy people's business, people's
career, people's health and marriages.

Wicked men confer with the graveyard spirits to help in their wicked
decisions. They go there to conjure death against people. We have seen cases
where somebody died and members of the family began to see the ghost all over
the place.

If you get to some graveyards, you will find out that some graves have been
changed. It is because something has gone wrong. They go there to secure power
and fight their own battles, and it can be a very serious issue when you are under
warfare by graveyard spirits without being aware. A lot of horrible things take
place in the graveyard that is not yet clear to modern men.

Ghosts are spirits of the dead unbelievers. Because their souls are kept in a
special place until judgment, this is why it's possible for somebody who is a
Satanist to call him or her out. But it doesn't happen with Christians. These
spirits can go back to where they lived and carry out a lot of devastation.

Unfortunately, in our nation now, men and women are going deeper and deeper
into the occult in order to cause trouble for others. But then the absolute power
belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ. A lot of demonic spirits have mingled with men
and they have caused trouble. A man picked up a woman in Lagos and took her
to a room to commit immorality with her. While going, the man asked the
woman if she was married but she said no. All of a sudden as they were about to
start the act, he heard a hard bang on the door.

The man asked the woman if she is aware of who was banging on the door and
she said it was her husband. The man was surprised because he had asked this
same woman if she was married and she told him no. Then how come her
husband was banging on the door. The man concluded that he will be in great
trouble if the person banging the door gained entrance into the room. So he
 jumped out through the window.

The man who jumped out of the window in a popular area in Lagos landed in a
cemetery. He then started to find his way through the light provided by the
moon. When he got to the gate the guards at the cemetery thought he was a
ghost. They to began to rain incantations against him. They were ordering him to
go back thinking he was a spirit of one of the dead buried there. But he told them
that he was a human being and not a spirit.

Eventually they got to him and told him that he was in trouble and he should
look for a way of praying for himself. Right from that day a serious problem
started for him and he became completely restless and always seeing imaginary
things. That was what brought him to Mountain of Fire, and the Lord delivered
him. I decree that if the powers of the grave are after your life, you shall be
delivered in the name of Jesus.

When graveyard spirits are pursuing you, the agenda may not be to kill you but
once they are pursuing you, there are certain things you discover. These will
show that you are being pursued:

1. When you begin to dream of the dead.

2. You dream of being pursued by serpents.

3. You begin to see coffins.

4. You find yourself being shot.

5. Getting married to a dead person.

6. Working in a graveyard.

7. Falling into a pit and you cannot get out then know for sure that graveyard
spirits are after you and you must take aggressive actions against them.
Once you allow them to operate unhindered, they will destroy you as they are
not there to play with you. Once these powers are in, you will experience the
following manifestations:
1. There will be serious health problems.

2. The person will be getting confused.

3. There may be sickness or diseases that may be resistant to prayers.

It is not when somebody falls down and is not living again that he is dead. A
person can be a living dead. The powers of the grave can kill a business,
marriage or anything in a person's life. Once they are fighting against you and
you do not stop them, they will stop you.

4. If you begin to notice unpardonable errors.

5. You begin to smell death.

6. If you look at your family and begin to find a chain of untimely death.

7. When you begin to contemplate suicide.

8. When you begin to find good things that you want to do die in your hands.

9. When you begin to find that hatred is now surrounding you.

10. When you begin to find that every small thing you do, you get tired very
quickly and you don't know why.

11. When you find out the enemy is chaining what is around you.

Today you must take a decision so that the powers that operate in the valley of
the shadow of death will not get the better of you. Today, you need to pray
creative and preventive prayers.

HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF POWER?

1. Surrender your life to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Make God your friend. He is the only one who can deliver. The Bible says
"But thanks be to God who giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ".
The Bible says "O death, where is thy sting, O grave, where is thy victory?"
There used to be a victory assigned to the grave but when you make Jesus Christ
your friend, that victory of death and the grave is destabilized and removed. You
need to completely surrender your life to the Lord Jesus Christ.

2. Repent from every known sin.

Again, sin in your life gives the enemy a foothold to attack you. There is no
 small sin. Sin is sin. For the enemy to come against you and to succeed, there
must be a ladder. That ladder usually is the sin we get involved in.

3. Wage war against the spirit.

The Bible says "Right from the days of John the Baptist, the kingdom of
heaven suffereth violence and the violent taketh it by force". You must now go
with the camp of the enemy and take your victory by force. Once you do these,
you shall experience the breakthrough power of God.
4. Barricade your life so they don't have access to you anymore.

You barricade your life with the blood of Jesus. Even if they had access in the
past and they have been calling your name from the gates of the grave, when you
wage war against them today and barricade your life against them, they will not
be able to get close to you again.

When that power is drawing a person, they have no respect for your academic
qualifications or knowledge. They can finish the person.

A professor once came to me in my office and asked me how many wives and
concubines Solomon had. I told him one thousand in total. He then told me that
he wanted to marry one more wife and that I should pray and bless the marriage.
I told him that was impossible. He got angry with me, stood up and left
slamming the door behind him.

After sometime he found the lady he wanted to marry as a second wife simply
because according to him, his first wife was no longer fashionable. About a
week to the marriage ceremony, this young lady died.

The next Saturday was supposed to be the marriage ceremony but it was the
burial ceremony of this lady. As they were about to bury this lady, the priest
asked him if he knew this woman and he said yes. The priest now conducted a
wedding ceremony between this professor and the dead lady.

At that point this professor should have fled but he didn't. Right from that day,
he started seeing the ghost of this lady. People thought this professor was mad so
they took him to the psychiatric hospital and gave him drugs for psychiatric
patients but this made the situation worse.
 It was at this point that they brought him back to my office. He narrated the
whole ordeal to me and I instructed him to go on a three days fast, which he did.
After the three days fast and prayer, he was delivered. I pray that today, anyone
who is being harassed by the spirit of death shall be set free in the name of Jesus.
 CHAPTER THREE
DESTROYING THE ARROW OF WANDERING

In the previous chapter we discovered the satanic strategy for introducing

problems into the lives of people all over the world. In this chapter we shall
discover another twin problem. Just as the wilderness is a land of wastage
wandering has been carved out as a weapon for making people experience
failure through aimlessness.

The vagabond anointing is one of satan's toughest methods of destiny

derailment. When the arrow of the vagabond enters any life the result will be
aimless wandering.

The mystery of wandering dates back to the Old Testament. The children of
Israel were in the wilderness going back and forth for forty years. A journey that
could have taken forty days lasted forty years.

"Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all
our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; And were
all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; And did all eat the same
spiritual meat; And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of
that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. But with
many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the
wilderness. Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not
lust after evil things, as they also lusted. Neither be ye idolaters, as were
some of them: as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and
rose up to play. Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them
committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand. Neither let us
tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.
Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of
the destroyer." 1 Corinthians 10:1-10

STRANGE HAPPENINGS
Why does it sometimes take 40 years for somebody to undertake a journey that
should last for 40 days? One of the most powerful spirits in these last days is the
demon of wandering. Wandering leads to wastage. The Bible calls some spirits
wandering stars.

"Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars,
to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever." Jude 1:13

The spirit of wandering is also a curse. What does it mean to wander? To

wander means to move about a fixed course. Wanderers can also be called
trunkless elephants. To wander also means to move about without a fixed aim.
To wander means to move about without a definite purpose and it can be very
dangerous when you do not have a purpose. It can even be more dangerous when
you don't know your purpose in life or why God has called you. When purpose
is not understood then that purpose would be abused perverted or even destroyed
completely.

COSTLY IGNORANCE
A woman gave birth to two sons. Both of them were stinkingly rich. During
their mum's 60th birthday they wanted to outdo themselves in giving their
mother a birthday present. The first child thought of what special thing he could
give to his mom. Then he ran to those who build Rolls Royce which was the best
at that time and he bought a brand new Rolls Royce and delivered it at the door
of his 60-year-old mother.

The woman was very happy. When his younger brother saw the Rolls Royce
he too started wondering what he could give to his mom that she would
appreciate. He thought about it for several nights which cost him sleepless nights
because he wanted to outdo his brother.

One day as he was passing by a shop he saw a parrot and they told him that the
parrot was one hundred and seventy thousand dollars. Then he was curious to
know why a parrot should be that expensive. Then they told him that parrot is
expensive because it can speak 17 languages. At that point he made up his mind
to buy the parrot as a birthday present for his mom. He packaged the parrot and
sent it to his mum.
On the birthday of the mom he called his mom and asked her about the parrot
which he bought for her and to his shocking surprise she said she had eaten it.
When the purpose of a thing is not known you would abuse it or even spoil.
When someone does not know the purpose of his life such a person would spoil.
The worst thing a person can waste is his life because there is no duplicate
neither is there a replacement of it.

To wander also means to move away from the main thing or idea. To wander
means to move from place to place without staying long enough to attain results.
To wander also means to engage in crocked or irregular movement like the crab.
This is a common trend. A lot of people have been engulfed by this spirit.

A lot of young people display a lot of aimlessness as they do not know what to
do. When I was teaching in the University I discovered that there are some
students who simply did not want to pass out of the University. They purposely
decide to fail so that they would stay permanently there and be repeating some
courses.

MERE ILLUSIONS
If you notice that a forty-day journey for your life is becoming forty years or
your spiritual life that is supposed to be on fire is becoming hard work then you
need to examine yourself. Perhaps, you are on what we call the Israelites'
journey, which is a journey of waste. Although there may be many fantastic
experiences on the way, as they may give you an illusion that you are the elect of
God heading for Zion, you are wasting your destiny.

Look at the children of Israel, God was leading them for sure but they were
largely a people under the wasteful wandering. God had already sentenced them
to wilderness death because they had doubted God several times, committed a
lot of offenses and repeatedly disobeyed the Almighty. But He kept on leading
them. Although they still followed the cloud and part took of all the different
signs and wonders that were happening, it did not mean that all was well in the
sight of God. They followed the cloud but they were already under a death
sentence. They were going to wander and waste away in that wilderness. Many
people today are like that; they do not know that they are just wandering.
At this point I want you to close your eyes and take these prayer points.

1. I bind every spirit of aimlessness in the name of Jesus.

2. I withdraw my steps from useless journeys in the name of Jesus.
 There is one area where many people run into unexpected trouble with God.
They think that because they are experiencing miracles and things are moving
well then God is well pleased with them. They see miracles and they become
less cautious and less careful with God. They excuse their mistakes and errors
and presume that God does not see them. That song writer says

"I spent many years for you. How many years have you spent for me?"

Some might say that they are very busy for the Lord and because they are very
busy God is pleased with them. They are unaware that God is just keeping them
busy until they expire. Jesus told us that God makes the rain to fall on both the
wicked and the good. This means that no man should be deceived or blinded by
his state of blessing because God's requirement and standards remain the same.
Even if others are doing it you can decide not to join the multitude to do evil.

Jesus even warned a lot of all pastors and miracle workers that many will be
disappointed on the last day. If you read the book of Revelation you will see the
churches. All of them were working hard but he said "nevertheless, I have
something against you". He warned the Church in Ephesians very well telling
them that they had left their first love but they did not listen to him.

Today there is no Christian witness in Ephesus again. In fact, there is a large

Mosque there now. Manna might be falling and signs and wonders continue to
take place but the terrible thing is that the people might not know that they are
wasting away.

THE FRUITLESS JOURNEY

Samson was in an unfortunate journey till his death yet as he was going to die
he was experiencing miracles until the Holy Spirit left and very terrible things
began to happen. The Israelites were wandering for 40 years and the more they
travelled the more they got manna not knowing that they were just going around
in circles. They went on like that until the last person in that unfortunate number
died in the wilderness.
For 40 years they wandered just to cover a 40-day trip, moving under the cloud
and under the fire but only to waste away in the wilderness. These favourable
circumstances that a lot of people are enjoying, should not be used to gauge your
stand with God. If you do so you will discover that you are involved with the
wandering ministry which leads to ultimate waste.

Do not lust after evil things as they lusted. In many places of worship today
there is a lot immorality. People bring other people's husbands to the church in a
bid to get them to become born again and they would capture them. You would
also find psychedelic brothers who are not serious who will talk to three or four
sisters at the same time and the blind sisters will go on rejoicing. This is
happening in the Church.

Pastors have been caught in fornication and when they are sacked the pastors
set up new churches and the fornication continues in the new church. Some
people are not even bothered about the spiritual life of the man praying for them
as long as things are happening. Even if you catch a so-called pastor doing
strange things with other people's wives you still go ahead and conclude that
God is still using him. This is a symptom of the wandering spirit.

Are you the kind of person who is not willing to learn from people who are
successful? Then you have a wandering spirit.

Are you the kind of person who gives excuses for your mistakes instead of
accepting your being wrong?

PASSING THE BUCK

I remember the story of a man who used to complain bitterly. Any problem he
had he would say it that caused by Adam. This man went on blaming Adam
everything until God promoted him one day and he became a king. When they
were going to make him a king they warned him that there were two hundred
and one rooms in the palace and that no one enters room 201. He said no
problem. This man was promoted from someone who was selling fire wood to
become a king and he was enjoying himself. Things were happening for him and
he got fat. He no longer had to beg anyone for anything.

One day when the success got into his head like king Uzaiah in the Bible, he
decided to go and see what was in room 201. They begged him not to go that if
he went he would be dethroned. He refused all pleas and when he went in he saw
his former rags and the former fire wood which he was selling and that was how
he went back to become a fire wood seller. Then he stopped blaming Adam for
his woes.
 Are you the kind of person who would compromise his faith and stand once it
has to do with money? Are you the kind of Christian who bangs phones on
people? Then something is wrong somewhere.

Success and failure result from made moment by moment, hour by day.
Success is a deliberate thing: just as failure, then is deliberate. A person could
plan to fail and a person could plan to succeed.

HOW TO DEFEAT WANDERING SPIRITS?

1. Know your purpose.
Certainly, God did not create you to be roaming around; neither did he put you
here to be disgracing the Almighty. He has a purpose for your life; and this is
why the first message to preach to Spinsters and Bachelors is for them to, first of
all, find out their purpose before getting a partner.

John Wesley's wife showed him pepper. Even Moses wife showed him pepper.
A lot of people in today's society who are not even as strong as these men are
rushing into marriages.
Once you know the purpose for which you are alive you will not be tossed
here and there.

2. Fulfill that purpose.

It is one thing for you to know your purpose; as it is; another thing; for you to
decide to fulfill it.

3. Become a master at what you can do.

Settle down and do what you can do very well. If Christians perform
excellently well in their trade they will attract business to themselves and
outshine the unbelievers.

In the olden days of Christianity there used to be a group of people called the
Quakers. These people were very strict and disciplined Christians. People didn't
like what they preached because they considered their message to be too hard,
but anytime the market day came, the Quakers, too, were very good at their
trade. It is at the front of the Quakers that you would see the longest queue,
because they knew that they cannot lie and would not deceive anybody. There
 was a marriage between what they professed and what they were doing.

4. Never stop learning and growing.

The day you wake up and say you know it all, then you are already dead.
5. Draw daily power from the Holy Spirit.

One fantastic way of doing this is for somebody to pray in the spirit for, maybe
half an hour everyday. If you can pray half an hour every day in tongues, by the
time you do it for one month you will become a changed person.
6. Make wise use of your time.

Don't spend your time in useless discussions or unprofitable sayings. There is a

popular saying which says "The greatest fools waste time".

7. Be a good listener.
If you talk less and listen more, then you would be surprised at the benefits
you would gain.

8. Work hard.

If as a Christian, people know that you are different because you work hard
and you do your work well, you will be exceptional. If you are a student and you
are not ready to work hard you should then forget excellence.

Finally, you need to know the power of prayer and practice it. This is how to
separate yourself from the wandering spirit that has taken hold of so many
people, and making them float around in the ocean of life.
 CHAPTER FOUR
IT IS NOT OVER YET

"Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, and how he had slain all the
prophets with the sword. Then Jezebel sent a messenger to Elijah, saying,
"So may the gods do to me, and more also, if I do not make your life as the
life of one of them by this time tomorrow. Then he was afraid, and he arose
and went for his life, and came to Beersheba, which belongs to Judah, and
left his servant there. But he himself went a day's journey into the
wilderness, and came and sat down under a broom tree; and he asked that
he might die, saying, "It is enough; now, O LORD, take away my life; for I
am no better than my fathers." And he lay down and slept under a broom
tree; and behold, an angel touched him, and said to him, "Arise and eat."
And he looked, and behold, there was at his head a cake baked on hot stones
and a jar of water. And he ate and drank, and lay down again. And the
angel of the LORD came again a second time, and touched him, and said,
"Arise and eat, else the journey will be too great for you." And he arose,
and ate and drank, and went in the strength of that food forty days and
forty nights to Horeb the mount of God." I Kings 19:1-8
For the first time in the history of the gospel one man challenged eight
hundred and fifty prophets of Baal and Balim. Elijah stood and challenged eight
hundred and fifty people. He told them to call on their gods, and he will call on
the name of the Lord and the God, which answereth by fire, let Him be God.
That was how the competition started.

Elijah prayed and called on the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. "LORD
God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God
in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy
word." That was all Elijah said and fire fell, and Elijah killed all those prophets.

Jezebel, the wicked queen, sent a threat to Elijah. She swore by the gods that
Elijah's end had come, and the prophet went away but where he was the Lord
had prepared a table before him in the presence of his enemy. I pray that the
Lord shall prepare your table in the presence of your enemy.
 GOD IS IN CONTROL
An angel went to Elijah and asked him to arise and eat for the journey was too
great for him. Elijah got up and ate. Elijah went in the strength of that food for
forty days and forty nights. Although Jezebel threatened Elijah that his days had
come to an end, the angel of the Lord told Elijah to arise and eat for the strength
of food shall take him to an encounter with God.
The angel of the Lord told Elijah to move on; that Jezebel did not have the
final say over his life. The angel of the Lord assured Elijah that there is still a
future for him. That is why I am sure that the verdict of your life will never come
from your enemy in the name of Jesus. No matter what you are going through
now, there is still a future for you. While Jezebel was threatening Elijah with
termination, the threat was merely driving Elijah towards an encounter with
God.

No wonder the Bible says, if the prince of this world knew, they would not
have crucified the prince of peace. This means that the powers of darkness and
Satan do not know everything. Elijah's trouble, started by Jezebel, only drove
him to have an encounter in the wilderness. Since prophet Elijah did not die in
his wilderness, I decree by the decree of heaven that you will not die in your
wilderness.

WHEN THE ENEMY REJOICES

Some situations could arise where the enemy will be rejoicing that it is over.
Under what situation does the enemy rejoice that it is over:

1. When the enemy knows that they are stronger than you.
This is why the Bible says "Be strong in the Lord and in the fullness of His
might". If you do not have strong enemy, the Bible will not say be strong. You
must receive power from the Lord to push your enemies back to where they
belong. The Bible says "As many as received him to them gave He power to
become the sons of God". The Bible says "Ye shall receive power after the Holy
Ghost has come upon you". Anytime you face an attack in your dream and you
are not able to fight back there is a problem. You need to pray for power that the
enemy cannot insult or ridicule.
2. When you have a secret with the enemy.
 If you have ever been to them before or you were born into their arms in the
past. No matter where you turn they can still use the secret against you, or use it
to manipulate your life.

3. When the enemy has hired Balam to curse.

Balam represents prophets of darkness that are asked to curse the children of
God.
4. When the enemy has gained internal access.

Many of you are fighting the enemy outside without knowing that the enemy is
inside. By the time you remove the problem of domestic and household
witchcraft out of your life, then, seventy-five percent of your problems is over.

5. When the enemy's champion is Goliath.

Goliath is the stubborn strongman enemy. When there is a Goliath, your

certificate becomes useless. The training you have received becomes useless.
When there is a Goliath after you the enemy begins to rejoice, because they
believe you cannot fight that Goliath.

6. When you have been dedicated to them consciously or unconsciously.

A lot of people are suffering from evil dedication. There are some people that
have already been dedicated to the evil spirit long time ago
A lady was failing her examination. After failing five times, the mother went
to consult the water spirit, who asked for a sacrifice. The mother brought a life
goat and gave it as a sacrifice to the water spirit. She was given a promise that
her daughter will begin to pass her examination. But she should make sure that
every year she must come to make sacrifice to the marine spirit.
Truly the lady was passing her examination. But the mother, after offering the
sacrifice for some years, forgot to offer sacrifices further. But the demons will
never forget the promises made to them.
The demons began to trouble the lady who is now a graduate. Her life was
upside down. She lost her marriage, she lost her children. Then the mother went
to consult again and she was told that because she forgot to offer sacrifice to the
demon that was why all the terrible incidents occur. When somebody had been
 unconsciously or consciously dedicated to the evil spirit, the enemy will be
rejoicing because they know you will not get out of it.

Many years ago, I had a programme in Enugu and was driving on the road to
Enugu. We passed by a river called "Ikpoba River" and I saw a sight. There was
a woman sitting down beside the river. With her was a large bowl of pounded
yam and Egusi soup full of Congo meat (snail). I noticed that there was a lot of
different chicken floating on that river.

The woman took a bowl and put the pounded yam with the Egusi soup and
poured it into the river. I was surprised because I thought she was going to eat it.
At that point I stopped and got down from the car. I went to meet the woman and
I asked her why she was pouring the food into the river. She did not answer at
first; later she said she was feeding her spiritual husband.

At that point I spoke to her that what she needed was Jesus Christ in her life,
but she turned back and told me to mind my business. There are some people
that have been dedicated to the evil spirit. You need to break such dedication if
you want the enemy not to rejoice over you.

7. When the enemy have materials from your body in their possession.

The enemy possesses some people's hair from their head, the hair from their
reproductive organs, the hair from their armpit. Even some have their clothes in
the camp of the enemy. You need to get your materials in the possession of the
enemy burnt by fire.

8. When the enemy has mastered all your strategy.

When the enemy knows your prayer pattern. When the enemy knows how long
you pray.
9. When the enemy has caged you with the spirit of discouragement.

When you are so discouraged, when you are downcast and disillusioned, then
the enemy will rejoice over you. The enemies know the Bible. They know the
Bible says, "Let not your heart be troubled and believe in God". So when you
pray with discouragement, the devil will report to God. Discouragement is a
destroyer.
 There was a man who was so discouraged that he cried himself to sleep. He
dreamt he was in a large market and he was going from store to store. Suddenly
he sighted a store and the name and owner of the store was Satan. He entered the
store and saw various things the devil was selling, like bad luck, heart disease,
diabetes etc, and they all had a price tags. He saw an old axe, which was the
most expensive item the devil was selling. He asked the devil why the axe was
so expensive and what was its usage. The devil told him that the axe was
discouragement. Once discouragement set in to the human's mind, all other items
followed. If you are already getting discouraged, I beseech you to bind that
discouragement

10. When you are completely disarmed and surrounded by the enemy.
Many years ago, I went to one of our churches to partake in a small crusade.
That day I was talking on binding the strongman and a woman, whose husband
was dead, was in that meeting and she prayed as if she had never prayed before.
She went home with anointing oil.

When she got home, she called her children to join her in prayer; she also
called the housemaid who has been living with them for years. She decided to
give them the anointing oil before praying. She gave her children, but the
housemaid refused to take. The woman was angry and told her to pack her things
and leave. The house girl did not hesitate. The woman was surprised. The
housemaid said to the woman "I will go but let me tell you I have already
initiated your children into witchcraft and I also killed your husband"; that was
how she left.

11. When you are labouring under the destructive curses and covenant

12. When there is an enemy inside your camp

13. When the enemy has manipulated you into offending God
14. When the enemy has introduced satanic delay into your destiny

Not all delays are from the Almighty. There is divine delay. There is also
personal delay. There is programmed delay. There is inherited delay. There is
witchcraft delay, and there is strongman delay.

Destiny is a function of time, and destinies are devil's targets. Satan troubles
 people mostly because of their destinies. When Satan discovers that he cannot
derail your destiny, he introduces strategies to delay your destiny. The five
foolish virgins in the Bible delayed the purchase of oil and they lost out. Delay is
very destructive when it is from the enemies.

God knew that there were strange forces of delay that was attacking Lot in the
Bible. God told Lot to escape from the city. God told Lot to run for his life. Lot
was still tarrying when God had to send His angelic forces to bring him out of
the city.

When the enemy has introduced delay into your destiny, there will be
postponement of blessing; unnecessary hatred, your destiny helpers will find it
difficult to reach you; your business and career will go down. You will keep on
having repeated problems which can render you financially impotent;
appointments for good things will be diverted. There will be plenty of profitless
hard work.

When the enemy has introduced delay into your destiny, you find yourself in
the dream climbing to nowhere. When you find yourself in a cobweb, it is the
delay of the enemy.

WHAT DO YOU DO TO CANCEL THE VERDICT OF THE

ENEMY OVER YOUR LIFE?
1. You must surrender your life to Christ

2. You must not give a place to Satan in your life.

Don't give the devil a chance. To give the devil a chance, he is ready to take a
mile.
3. Be careful of what you listen to and what you say.

4. Believe that the best is yet to come.

Wage war against the enemy of your destiny. Challenge the enemy and declare
that you still have hope; it is not over yet in your life. Wage war against him and
let him know that it is over for him.

name of Jesus.

10. I decree life into my dead parts, in the name of Jesus.
11. I soak every organ of my body in the wonder working power of the blood of
Jesus.
12. Power of God that breaketh yoke, break every yoke upon my _ _ _, in the
name of Jesus.
13. Every serpent and scorpion assigned against my _ _ _, receive the fire of
God and die, in the name of Jesus.

Jesus.
