    About this Test
    This report carries out accurate nucleic acid based identification tests for Novel Coronavirus 2019 (SARS-CoV-2). The limit of detection (LOD)
    was determined to be 200 copies/ml. The cut-off Ct value of a target gene was set to < 40.
    Testing Methods
    The tested was performed by realtime RT-PCR technique using In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) COVID-19 Coronavirus Real Time PCR kit. This kit
    specifically detected genomic ORF1ab gene and sub-genomic N gene of the Novel Coronavirus 2019 (SARS-CoV-2).
