Our new apartment is very beautiful! lt's not very big but we love it. lt's on the 6th floor, so the view
is amazing. There are two bathrooms: the first is next to the bedroom and the second is between
the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is big and very modern and it's my favorite room! ln the
kitchen there are six chairs and a table. Paul and I spend a lot of time in the living room, because it's
very stylish. The walls in the living room are yellow and there are two green couches, a bookcase and
a table. There are four windows in the living room, so it's always sunny. The bedroom has a big closet
and one window. I think we need a nice rug to make it more colorful.

B. Imagine you want to rent out your house/apartment with the furniture and appliances in it. Write a short
advertisement for an English'speaking newspaper. You can look at the advertisements on page 58 for ideas.

C. Talk in pairs. Exchange the advertisements that you wrote and ask each other questions to find out more
information about the houses/apartments for rent.
