Orbit Galvanized Steel Industries Limited (OGSIL) is part
of the African Industries Group (AIG).
OGSIL is a State-of-the-Art Fabrication and Hot Dip Galvanizing facility in

Nigeria. We manufacture the entire range of Transmission Line Towers,
Substation Structures, Telecom/Microwave Towers, Solar Module Mounting
Structures and Railway Structures as part of our fabrication and Hot-Dip
Galvanizing services. are carried out as per IS BS and ASTM standards.
We are the only Integrated Towers Manufacturing Company in Nigeria, that

has an in-house facility to produce Angles, Pipes, Tubes, MS Strip, Roll forming
machines, Tower fabrication and Hot Dip Galvanizing facilities under one
Group company.

Galvanizing
Our state-of-the-art Hot Dip Galvanization plant in Lagos,
Nigeria is equipped with most modern features, which also
includes an encapsulated room for the pre-treatment
facility, minimizing the fumes escape to the environment,
thus ensuring zero pollution. Our plant is equipped with a
ltration and cleaning system and meets the requirements
of environmental and safety regulations. Production
capacity of the plant is 36,000 tons per annum. We can
handle almost all structures that are required for galvanizing
in the region. Longer lengths can be treated using a double-
dip procedure.
We galvanize a wide variety of Steel Products from utility

and Telecom Structures, Industrial Products including
Petroleum, Chemical, and other industries like solar posts
and platforms, to include all types of structural steel and
miscellaneous fabrication.

Transmission Line Towers
Our Transmission Towers and Substation Structures can be built from client-provided
drawings or designed and detailed by us. The structures can be tubular or lattice-type.
The materials for the structures fabricated are as per the requirements of the client.

Solar Panel Support Structures

We manufacture solar pv module mounting
structures for both ground based and rooftop
