    THIRD ADDENDUM TO THE DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL

    SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE OF THE LATE __________ WITH


    ABSOLUTE SALE DATED 21 FEBRUARY 2023

    WHEREAS, on 21 __________, the undersigned Heirs of the Late


    _________(“Decedent”) entered into an Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with
    Doc. No. _____; Page No. ____; Book No. I; Series of 2023 in Pasig City;

    WHEREAS, on 11 _________, the Heirs executed an Addendum to the Deed of


    Extrajudicial Settlement with Sale in order to include inadvertently excluded
    properties that belong to the Estate with Doc. No. _____; Page No. _____; Book
    No. II; Series of 2023 in Mandaluyong City;

    WHEREAS, in the said Extrajudicial Settlement with Sale and the Addendums
    contain mistakes and incorrect entries that arise during the processing of the
    settlement of the estate;

    THAT in order to correct the said mistakes, the Heirs hereby CANCEL,
    REVOKE AND REPLACE the first and second Addendum and hereby execute
    this Third Addendum containing the correct data necessary to the proper
    settlement of the estate;

    WHEREAS, the Heirs hereby amend, correct and substitute the annex to the
    Extrajudicial Settlement with Sale titled LIST OF PROPERTIES REGISTERED IN
    THE NAME OF THE DECEDENT ________ into:

    WHEREAS, this Addendum is being made to support, add and supplement the
    Extrajudicial Settlement with Sale between the Heirs; to cancel the prior
    Addendums; and in order to fully settle all the properties of the Estate.
