tax Act, 1961 and the said entity is statutorily not required to file return of income as per Section
139 of the Income-tax Act, 1961.

Dear Sir,
______________ (“the Company”), is incorporated under the _____________ and obtained a certificate of
incorporation dated ________________ from the Registrar of Companies of ________ (“ROC”). As per provisions
of Companies Act, 2013 (“the said Act”), the Company, before commencing any business and exercising any

d. Letter/ Certificate/ NOC / permission issued by village Administrative Officer / Talati /
