1. INSULATED PANELS
Hangar door panels are insulated with
sandwich panels from outside, as per the
approved sandwich panel design in each
project.
Hangar door panel is also covered with galv.
steel sheet from inside, to cover the panel

2. TOP RAILS
Top Track I-Beam
Top rails are the connection between panels
and the top track I-Beam.
Top Rail
Top rails allow for possible lateral deflections
with nearly no dead load on them, since the
bottom rails bear nearly all the dead load of
the panel.

3. BOTTOM WHEELS
Bottom wheels bear the door panel dead load,
and allow door smooth operation.
Bottom wheels designed in a way that keeps
door panel in its track with no probability for
the wheel to leave it's track.
Bottom wheels could be replaced with the
door panel in it's position.

Bottom wheels move on bottom rails from
high strength hardened steel, to bear the
panel weight.

4. CABLE SYSTEM
Cable system is used to synchronize the
movement of all door panels together.
Cable system also makes the loading on the
drive uniform, allowing smooth operation and
increasing drive efficiency and life.

and one for the closing mechanism.

5. DRIVE ASSEMBLY & CONTROL
Drive assembly composed mainly from an
electric drive, and chain and sprocket
mechanism.
Number of drives depends on many factors
like; number of panels, panel weight, and
panel size.
Control panel with IP54 enclosure is used,
with a high brand control components.

6. WEATHER SEALING ELEMENTS
Weather seals of high temperature and high
abrasion resistant rubber are used at the
bottom of each panel and along the panel
height to prevent dust.
Brush seal is used at the bottom of the panel
from outside to clean the track of the wheels.
Weather seals are also used at the top of the
panels to provide sealing when the door is
fully closed.

7. SAFETY EDGE
Safety edge is used as safety feature, to
provide safety for equipment and personnel. Leading Panel

Safety edge is used at the leading panel only,
since it contains the driving assembly, and it
is considered the driving panel.

8. TOP CLADDING
Top cladding sheet is used to cover the area
of the top rail, and to act like fascia and
weather seal at the top of the panel.
