Art Volunteer Program (AVP)
0.Introduction
Good afternoon, we are members from Group 1:... (tên thành viên).
Right now, we’d like to proudly present our voluntary project: the Art
Volunteer Program.
1.Purposes: ( a little about our project ) (Khanh Linh)
New measurement by UNESCO on 1 September 2022 shows that
244 million children and youth are out of school This is the case for
Pakistan and Nigeria, which each have about 20 million children and
youth out of school, Ethiopia (10.5 million) and the Democratic Republic
of Congo (6 million).
Realizing this alarming issue, Art Volunteer Program wants to use art
as a means to enhance learning. AVP aims to fill the artistic void in these
communities by fostering the visual arts, mindfulness programs. Through
our programs, students develop a broad range of skills to help them
thrive in all subjects. We use art as a strategic tool to educate and create
meaningful experiences for people of all ages. With the support and
partnership of public institutions and private organizations, Art Volunteer
Program mobilizes a diverse volunteer base to focus on beautifying
public spaces and encouraging flourishing communities. Our mission is
to promote the creative in youth, empower neighborhoods to explore the
positives in peoples’ lives, and heal the mind, body and spirit through the
arts. AVP offers a variety of opportunities for volunteers to get involved
and give back to the community.
2.Tasks of the participants (Huy)
As this is a kid-based program, we do not require much from our
participants, but rather encourage kids of all ages and social strata to
partake in and learn. Our project’s activities are child-friendly and
creativity-promoting, which helps children to express their inventiveness
more effortlessly. All the participants are required to complete all the
tasks included in the event, only in that way can our attendees
experience the event at its fullest. Nevertheless, remember not to put too
much strain on yourself, just take it easy and make yourself at home, let
your inner self roar, and put the wildest of ideas on papers in the most
relaxed manner possible! And now, we’ll provide you with a detailed
itinerary of our 1-day-long event, be careful not to miss anything.
3.Activities and schedules (Buck)
Of course, we’ll commence with an opening speech, but it will not last
long, we know our little attendees hate lengthy stuff. Next up, get
yourself prepared for the first of activities - painting!
-Drawing pictures
As mentioned above, the aim of the project is to enhance learnin’ thru
art, and pictures are the best tool to make it become reality. This will
allow children to draw arbitrarily and at the same time encourage them to
express their thoughts, dreams and ambitions through their strokes of
brush, which will boost their creativity.

-Playing with clay
As we all know, clay is the perfect tool for kids to express their
imagination. The softness and easy-to-mold properties allows you to
create any shape you could ever come up with, from houses to cars and
even animals. In addition, playing with clay is also good for your brain
and your mood. It helps you relax and improve your fine motor skills
another exciting activity we have here is

-Coloring plaster.
Apart from being such a great decorating ornament, plasters can be an
excellent way for kids to show their artistic talent. You can create a
myriad of combinations of colors, shapes and patterns from the very
simplest sets of clays.
and let’s not forget

-Photographing
The camera is one of the most wonderful inventions, we all have to
agree with that. Therefore, why not let kids give photographing a shot
and grab one and capture the beauty and diversity of the world around
us. In our program, children will have the opportunity to discover many
new things, whether that is landscapes, portraits, wildlife or buildings.
This surely will bring everyone a great and relaxing time
4.Benefits of the activities(Cling)
So, you are wondering about the perks offered by our project? There are
numerous! First and foremost, it is undeniable that our program helps to
cultivate your creative power. After our program, you have found a way
to express your unusual ideas effectively, right? This ability plays a
crucial role in your daily lives, regardless of whatever environment you
are working in. Remember, creativity is one unique human ability,
machines can create, but they can never be creative. Besides, we are
also giving you a chance to get your thoughts all out, to express yourself
fully through making art. The act of making your very own artwork is said
to be conducive to one’s mental and spiritual health, and it can be pretty
cathartic too. And above all, through the limited amount of time we
interact with each other, we can see the very creative potential inside
you. All of our beloved participants have proved to us that everyone can
become inventive, and we are glad to be able to imagine a world where
everybody can visualize whatever is inside their head. We hope you’d
get a chance to exhibit that wonderful creative mind of yours, to
showcase us with novelty and uniqueness, and to make our world a
better, more colorful place!
