2. Hardware Sales & Support Services We deal in servers, desktops, laptops,monitors,

cameras, tablets, IP Phones, network devices like
switches, routers, firewalls, bridges, computer
accessories and services by sourcing from Original
equipement Manufacturers and international
suppliers.
We also do repaiir and maitenance of computer
devices.
 3. Software and Web Development
We offer scalable end-to-end application development and management solutions from
requirement analysis for deployment and rollout. Currently, we’re offering school and hospital
management systems tailormade for the education and health sectors respectively. We
deliver our systems’ solutions through:

Our Proposition

We propose a comprehensive computer maintenance plan that will address the

issues faced by most organizations depending on our experience in the field.

The plan comprises of the following components:

I). Scope of Work: The proposed maintenance plan includes the maintenance of
all IT equipment, including computers, servers, printers, and other peripherals.

II). Timeline: The maintenance plan will be rolled out over a period of two weeks,
with regular follow-ups every four months.

III). Expected Outcomes: The proposed maintenance plan will result in improved
system performance, increased security, and reduced downtime.

IV). Maintenance Processes and Procedures: The maintenance plan will include
regular hardware and software checks, including software updates, virus scans,
and hardware diagnostics. The Trestle team will also be responsible for
monitoring system logs to identify and address any potential issues before they
become major problems.

V) Roles and Responsibilities: The Trestle team will be responsible for the
implementation and execution of the maintenance plan. The staff will be
responsible for reporting any issues to the Trestle person of contact.

 IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

The implementation plan will be carried out in the following steps:

I). Assessment: An assessment will be carried out to determine the current

state of your organization's IT infrastructure.

II). Planning: A maintenance plan will be created, outlining the maintenance

procedures and the timeline for implementation.

III). Acquisition of Tools and Equipment: The necessary tools and equipment
will be acquired to facilitate the maintenance procedures.

IV). Implementation: The maintenance procedures will be rolled out over a

period of less than one week dependent on the size of the IT Infrastructure.

V). Testing: The Trestle team will carry out tests to ensure that the
maintenance plan is effective.

VI). Follow-Up: The Trestle team will carry out regular follow-ups every four
months to ensure that the maintenance plan is effective.

VII). Training Plan: The Trestle team will provide training to the employees on
proper usgae of the machines and the basic maintenance procedures.

The effectiveness of the training will be measured through periodic

evaluations and feedback from employees.
