    Assalamualaikum Wr Wb,

    Welcome to Flame (Fatih Language, Art, Marvel Exhibition). My name is (....) as


    the chairperson and (.....) as the timekeeper will accompany this preliminary
    round, under the motion “.........”.

    We have “......” as the government side, and “......” as the opposition side of this
    house, while Mr/Ms “.....” will be the adjudicator for this chamber.

    I would like to give a brief explanation about the requirements,


    Substantive speech will be in seven minutes and twenty second, and four
    minutes twenty second for the reply speech.

    The bell will ring at one, six, seven minutes, and ring continuously in seven
    minutes twenty second for substantive speech.
    The bell will ring at three, four minutes, and ring continuously in four minutes
    twenty second for reply speech.

    Without any further ado, i would like to call the first speaker from the government
    side of this house, for Mr/Ms “.....” time and place is yours.

    To start the opposition case, i would like to call the first speaker from the

    To continue the opposition argument, I would like to call the second speaker from

    To conclude the government case, I would like to call the third speaker from the

    And this is the end of our section for this chamber, both of the team can leave the
