1) Surah Ya- Sin is Surah Makkiyy. True or False? 2) Explain “الح ِكيم َ ”والقرآنWhy does Almighty Allah swear by Wise Quran in the beginning of surah Yaseen? 3) Find out another name for Quran mentioned in the fifth verse of Surah Yaseen. Suggest another three names of Holy Quran according to Islamic traditions. 4) Read the following Quran verse and answer the following questions: - “”تنزيل العزيز الرحيم a) Explain the term, Tanzeel. b) Extract the two attributes of Almighty Allah mentioned in the verse. c) The Holy Quran is considered a mercy for all humanity. Explain with two relevant examples. 5) Explain that “Qur’an is preserved book.” How does Almighty Allah preserve Holy Quran? Support your answer with Quranic evidence. 6) Examine the wisdom behind sending the Messengers to the mankind. 7) Explain the reward of the rightly guided people and punishment of those who went astray from the straight path. 8) What is the significance of starting Surah with disjoined letters? (Huroof Muqatta’at). Write down any three examples for such letters. 9) Categorize the people according to their positions regarding the message of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) 10) Give the examples of the reaction of the non- believers to the message of Islam (Surah Ya-sin-8-9. 11) Write down the efforts of UAE for raising the standards of Quranic knowledge in terms of memorization, recitation, and the application of the Holy Quran values in our daily life. Activity: Read the Quran everyday with right intention, special in this blessed month. Memorize the verse1-12 with translation.
