The Cosmic Science [New Age Spiritual Science/The Science of Self] and The Science of Meditation are universal. They don’t belong to any
one particular Nation, Religion, Race, Creed, Culture, Caste, Age and Sex. Meditation is the one and only way to achieve peace of mind,
self-satisfaction, happiness, absolute health, right intellect, enlightenment and success in life.
Any time, any place is suitable for practicing meditation. Any place/time where/when you feel comfortable. Sit in a comfortable posture…
totally comfortable… sit down or... sit in a chair or sofa... or sit on the bed or wherever you feel comfortable. Close your eyes, clasp your
hands and cross your legs… relax your body completely and naturally. Take time as much as you need… make yourself comfortable… release
all your muscles… relax… that’s all…! There is nothing but comfort… there is nothing to hurry… and…there is nothing else to do or think
about… just relax… feel the calmness ! Now… take a breath, observe the incoming and outgoing breath... natural breath… do not breathe in
anxiety or unnaturally… let the breath be natural. Be still… be with your natural breath… follow your natural breath… observe the natural
breath… incoming… and outgoing… that’s all ! No mantra is to be chanted ! No form of any deity is to be entertained ! Pranayama practices
like holding one’s breath i.e., “Kumbhaka”… should never be attempted ! Meditation should be undertaken everyday regularly and for at
least of one’s age, for example if you are 10 years old you must do 10 minutes in one sitting, if you are 30 years old you must do 30 minutes
in one sitting, if you are 50 years old you must do 50 minutes in one sitting. You can practice meditation more time than of your age.

Constant Meditation Definitely Changes Your W hole Series of Life !!
When you come out of meditation, put your fingertips on your closed eyes for five to 10 seconds and slowly open your eyes. Do not
open your eyes directly and suddenly. Opening eyes directly is harmless. There is nothing to worry about it, but there will be a slight
loss of energy by opening the eyes directly and suddenly. Anapanasati Meditation is very easy to learn and practice !
