    The United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary – Samar State University (UAPSA-SSU)
    Chapter will be celebrating the National Architecture Week (NAW) and invites all architecture
    student to actively participate in this event. This event includes various activities such as ML
    tournament, sports competition, movie marathon, arki competition, dance and singing competition,
    booth, Mr. and Ms. UAPSA and fellowship night. This event aims to give time for the students to
    unwind. Unfortunately, there is a conflict between your classes and the schedule of the
    abovementioned events.

    We politely and sincerely request your permission to excuse these students from your classes in
    order to attend the mentioned event on December 5-9, 2022 at Samar State University Main
    Campus.

    Your understanding and consideration will be much appreciated.
