KESHAW KUMAR HARODIA
[FCA]

A veteran Chartered Accountant having more than 37 years of experience in PSU and PSB audits, handling taxation matters
for mid-sized and large Corporates. He has led very large projects like Central Statutory Audits of Bank of Baroda, SAIL etc. He
has created an unparalleled reputation for himself and the firm in Eastern India. He has been a member with Jharkhand
Academic Council, Cooperative Society Board and is in the management committee of various banks. He has served as an
independent director in listed Companies as well.

JAYESH GUPTA
[FCA]

A thorough expert in Direct and Indirect Tax, International Tax and FEMA having more than 2 decades of professional
experience. He has been associated with KPMG and PWC earlier. He has trained more than 1 Lakh CA aspirants in Direct and
Indirect Taxes. He has advised and represented various corporates on multifarious issues on the aforesaid areas. He has been
a visiting faculty at ICAI, XLRI and NACEN and regularly deliberate on technical areas in reputed industry and professional
forums. He is presently based out of Bangalore.
NIRAJ HARODIA
[FCA, ACS]

With an experience of over 12 years in the fields of Direct and Indirect Tax and Audit and Assurance Function, he has served
various Corporates by handling their tax litigations, audit engagements and advisory services. He has also served various
clients in GIFT IFSC. He was associated with a Big4 firm earlier for a short period. He is a Co-opted member in GST
Committee, ICAI and in the Executive Committee of various professional forums. He is presently serving as an Independent
Director in a reputed listed Company. He is a regular faculty in MCS and Orientation Programs conducted by ICAI and other
educational institutions. He is also serving as an Honorary Secretary of Friends of Tribal Society (Ekal Vidyalay).

ROSHAN BAJAJ
[FCA]

He is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in the fields of Audit & Assurance and Management
Consultancy Services. He was associated with a Big4 firm for more than 7 years before entering into professional practice. He
has served various large corporates in Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Infrastructure and other sectors. He also has
expertise in System Development, Financial Reporting, Risks and Controls, Due Diligence Services, Valuation and Forensic
Engagements. He has contributed various articles on technical subjects to reputed professional forums.
VIMAL MADHOGARIA
[FCA]

With a total experience of more than 7 years, he is specialised in Audit & Assurance and Management Consultancy Services
including business restructuring. After a short stint of three years with a Big4 firm, he worked closely with the management for a
renowned Eastern India based Agro Chemical Group and headed Seed division of the group. He played a pivotal role in
revamping the division and making it a profitable venture. He is a prolific speaker and was awarded the KUDOS award twice for
his soft skills.

RAKHI HARODIA
[FCA]

She has experience of more than 10 years in the field of Indirect Tax and Direct Tax compliances, Audit and Assurance and
Corporate Laws. She was associated with PWC earlier. She has served several mid-sized and large Corporates during her
professional journey.
SHANU MADHOGARIA
[ACA]

A passionate professional having more than 6 years of experience in the fields of Risk Advisory and Taxation. She personifies
the quality benchmark which the team aspires to achieve. She was awarded the ACCELERATOR award for successful
completion of the assignment before scheduled time. She has a unique expertise in HR audit which helps in identification of key
resources and performance benchmarking.

RAHUL SINGHANIA
[ACA]

A chartered accountant with more than 5 years of experience in Audit & Assurance and Taxation with certifications in Forensic
Audit, IFRS, GST. He has served as Chairman of an ICAI branch and is presently serving as CICASA Chairman as well. He
has rich experience in Energy and Banking sectors.
