    indicate the Municipality and
    City (do not use COMMA or
    other special characters).
    Reminder

    Check if your
    MOBILE NUMBER
    and EMAIL ADDRESS
    are both correct and accurate.

    ● Tax Identification Number (TIN)
    Upload your Valid IDs and
    signature by clicking

    print your name and sign 3
    times on white paper using
    black ink and scan/take a
    picture.

    Once you click “Submit”, you
    will see a confirmation page
    that your registration is
    complete.
    Important Notes:
    ● We will send your Account Number to your TaskUs email which
    can be accessed on your first day.

    ● Security Bank will send an SMS Notification once your ATM


    Card is ready for pick up (12-16 banking days).

    ● If you receive an SMS Notification to pick up your ATM Card,


    please do so as soon as possible. Unclaimed ATM card will be
    perforated after 30 calendar days and card replacement is
    subject to Php300.00 fee and will not be shouldered by TaskUs
