    NARRATIVE REPORT
    IPCRF SY 2020-2021
    PHASE 1, 2ND ATTEMPT

    Anchored to the DM-PHROD-2021-0010 objectives/RPMS Guidelines for SY 2020-2021, the employees of


    Masbate School of Fisheries started working on the fulfillment of IPCRF-RPMS Phase 1. Undertaking the
    necessary preparations for the initial activities of Results- based Performance Management System (RPMS)
    for SY 2020-2021 as one of the work priorities aligned on the operationalization of the Basic Education
    Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) and School Calendar and Activities for SY 2020-2021, the whole
    institution together with the assigned personnel did on its 2nd attempt to complete the 1st Phase of RPMS
    Cycle.

    Together with the 12 Grade 11 advisers of MSF, Mrs. Winky Sia, Grade 11 Coordinator discussed the
    Revised RPMS Tools including the changes on the Objectives relative to the BE-LCP of the institution
    highlighting DepEd’s employees safety against COVID19. After Identifying the Individual KRAs, objectives
    and indicators, the group discussed the competencies they need to work on.

    Then, the ICT Coordinator, Mr. Jeff Mikhail Cerillo, assisted the whole group for the Electronic- Self
    Assessment Tool. After the printing of the results of E-Sat, teachers were asked to create Individual
    Development Plans as part of IPCRF.

    Mentee were assigned to specified mentors that provided them technical assistance in attaining their goals
    in IPCRF. For the 1st Phase of the cycle, the undersigned was able to secure a copy of IPCRF with
    Development Plans based on the result of E-SAT, signed by the rater/mentor and the approving authority
    and witnessed by colleagues with proper documentation. The undersigned mentor was in the person of
    Mrs. May B. Cortes, MT-1 and witnessed by Mr. Manuel Mauleon, T-II and Mr. Jonathan Librando, T-II.

    After the signing of the IPCRF, teachers were now ready to take the new steps for the 2 nd Phase of the
    RPMS Cycle.
