Controls
The following is a list of default controls for the
game ROBLOX FLIGHTLINE, which are used
while flying. Controls accessed via keyboard can
have their key binds edited to the user's personal
preference

Flight Controls
Primary Controls

Key Action Notes

Bank is how much the aircraft rolls left-right, pitch is how high
or low the nose points.

Pitch is inverted compared to most flight simulators - up is up,


Mouse Bank/Pitch
while down is down.

This can be changed by activating "Invert Pitch" in settings.

E Engine Start Tap E once to start both engines; double-tap E to shutdown.


W Throttle Up Increases thrust of the aircraft.
Throttle
S Holding S upon touchdown will activate reverse thrust.
Down
B Brakes This is a 'hold' control - hold B for brakes to be active.
This is a 'toggle' control - pressing V will activate pushback,
pressing again will deactivate.
V Pushback Pushback will only work from a stationary position, whether you
are at a gate or completely stationary.
G Landing Gear Lowers or raises the landing gear for all aircraft.
Cycles through 4 flap settings.
Each aircraft has varying flap settings. (Some have 5, 10, 20, 25,
F Cycle Flaps while others have 10, 15, 30, 40, etc.)

One can 'arm' the spoilers by accessing the Quick Actions GUI by
pressing space.
R Spoilers This allows the spoilers to immediately extend upon touchdown
of the aircraft.

Z* Rudder Left
X* Rudder Right

(P IS TO REVERSE) *Rudder Controls only work if auto-rudder is


disabled in settings.

Turnoff, Strobe, Landing Lights.

Lights Once you have all lights turned on, you can press the key once more
to disable all of the lights.

J Only works when within certain distance of jetway.

Quick Actions
The Quick Actions are accessed by pressing space bar once. The most prominent
feature of the Quick Actions GUI is the ability to access controls for Autopilot &
Auto-throttle. In the panel, you can turn on and off individual lights as if using
buttons without having to cycle through them, activate spoilers and flaps, as well
as raise or lower throttle through a graphic lever. The engines can also be started
individually, as well as have individual fuel supplies cut.

Primary Panels

The GUI consists of 3 panels: the Flight Control Unit (FCU) which you use for
autopilot and/or auto-throttle, the Engine Panel, and the External Lights Panel.
These panels can be selected to show by clicking the checkmarks on the top middle
of the screen.

Secondary Panels
There is another 3 panels located on the top left of the screen: the Info Panel, the
Navigation Panel, and the Communications Panel.
