Info Penting
1. Menu yang ditampilkan di layar EDC sesuai dengan fitur yang telah disetujui Management Merchant.
2. Sales draft transaksi yang tidak menggunakan PIN harus selalu ditandatangani pemegang kartu dan dicocokkan
dengan tandatangan yang ada di belakang kartu atau tanda tangan pada identitas pemegang kartu.
3. Selalu simpan sales draft sebagai bukti transaksi minimal 13 bulan terhitung sejak tanggal transaksi.
4. Jangan lupa untuk melakukan settlement setiap hari.
5. Tidak memindahkan EDC dari lokasi awal pemasangan.
6. Tidak menggunakan EDC untuk transaksi tarik tunai kartu kredit.
7. Selalu menggunakan charger bawaan EDC untuk menghindari baterai lowbat dan gangguan koneksi jaringan.
8. Ganti segera gulungan kertas thermal sebelum menipis untuk menghindari kegagalan cetak pada mesin EDC.
Kelalaian dalam hal tersebut dapat berdampak timbulnya resiko kerugian bagi merchant.
