renown Hero Group company involved in Manufacturing Muffler
(Silencers for Two & Four-Wheeler). Fuel tank, Wheel Rims

Responsible for Daily, Routine and Schedule maintenance. Conducting
activities from human safety point of view. Monitoring, Supervision on Daily
to annual checks.

Responsible for all maintenance and in house projects Inspection,
Installation of machines, Activities co-related with external agencies and
internal departments. Implementation of management policies. TPM
Implementation. Preparation and presentation of MIS. System Development,
Cost Control, Tracking of Production Vs Power Consumption, Quality
Improvement. Data generation for audits, statutory compliance. Fulfillment of
observations/NC highlighted audits. Budgets preparation monitoring all bills.
Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule. Analysis of breakdown and
make corrective plan. Spare Parts Management and Inventory control.
Inspection of incoming spares / material related to maintenance. (In stores).
Provide on job training for team members. Preparation and Implementation
of SOP for the dept. Installation and commissioning of new projects. Cost –
Production analysis to improve productivity. Reconditioning of machines
meticulously .Statutory compliance, Audit, Data, History card, Records
through SAP.

ACHIEVEMENTS
 Installation of 1000 T,400 T old Russian press , 1250 T press ( Erfurt)
 Reduction in breakdowns & Machine uptime up to bench mark
By implementation of various methods causes reduction in repeated break
downs.
 Implemented Automation project like pick and place for cycle time
improvement and Man power cost reduction.
 Break down analysis for all departments and effective implementation of
corrective & preventive action.
 Power saving- By improving power factor & by various methods.
 Improvement in productivity & quality.(By Installation of VFD)
 Material Saving- Gap between two blanks reduced by 3-4 mm by
installation of CTL saved material. Paint saving – Painting stopped between
two wheels saved paint cost by 10 % with other intangible benefits.
 Installation of Taper shank twist drill (TSTD) & Jobber Drill section in
stipulated time frame and certified for same.
 Reconditioning ,Recto fitting & refurbishment of machines meticulously
 Converted Cispel( HEID) CNC machines control system in SINUMERIC -
810
 Converted Conventional relay logic control panel into to auto PLC base for
British Clearing Mechanical press. 250 T, ( ISGEC Presses)
 Developed and designed SPM machines as per production requirements.
