planning, monitoring and evaluation linkages between planning and budgeting, the County

WORK HISTORY
Print and draw cheques for all payments within set timelines
Ensure safe custody of cheque books and related accountable documents.
Tax remittances –ensure PAYE, VAT, income tax and related statutory payments are done monthly by
due dates.
Daily liquidity report –giving status of pending payments.
Ensure all schedules assigned are correctly done and submitted within timelines.
Post all cheques to respective general ledger account, ensure they are stamped before releasing to the
signatories.
Ensure appropriate and timely dispatch of authorized cheques and maintain safe custody of both
cheques and dispatch registers.
Branch imprest management-posting claims, reimbursement is done on weekly basis and
reconciliation of all imprest ledgers.
Generating memos for managing directors/CFIOs approval to pay.
Loan disbursement.
Ensuring copy of RTGS is filed in clients file after banking.
Processing staff imprest, stipends, wages and board of director’s payments.
Documents management –branch imprest are filled chronologically according to branch.
Suppliers/service provider’s payments-confirm correctness of supplies invoices/fees notes, preparing
BS008 and generating and generating files in the NBK e-pay for EFT payments.
Ensure safe return of client’s disbursement files to operation department after payment.
Any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor.
