Summary


My absolute favorite thing to get people going on are subscriptions. When you get a subscription product out
there, your business and your life will change! Unlike a launch or a book promotion, a subscription gives you a
base of membership dollars coming in every single month. This base allows you to have a budget to grow your
business.

Subscriptions give students ongoing mastery in their life. This keeps them coming back for more! It also gives
you, the trainer, freedom in your life. I choose to go live monthly, instead of weekly, because it fits my lifestyle
much better.

Start a subscription program sooner than later. Don’t wait for that book release or your seminar to kick-off. A
baseline of predictable revenue is going to put in a better position to do ALL those other things you want to do.
Start your subscription product within the next six months. Don’t wait any longer than that. Get to work today!

Creating Your Subscription

This video corresponds with Brendon’s training video on how to create your subscription product, which is in
your Member’s Area here. When you are creating your subscription offer, ensure that the value is there from the
very start. You don’t need to wait until you have a large library of content available to start selling your
subscription. However, you do need a strong and consistent content plan. Watch the training video, then answer
the four questions below.

launch a subscription? Include what your live video schedule will be.

Creating Your Subscription


TOOLS and TECH

Here are the recommended tools and tech for creating, managing, and delivering your subscription! 


Kajabi: This is a platform we recommend for your membership site, which boasts a range of features that will
support you with building, housing and selling your subscription. Some features and functionality include: You
can build landing pages to embed video and chat features to host your live training. You can build the
membership area for your students to watch the live training replays and enjoy additional video and audio
trainings as well as downloadable training materials. You can build your sales pages and offer forms, and you can
communicate with your leads and students via email broadcast and automated email sequences. Please consult
the video modules of Week 2: Subscriptions for specific strategies that you can roll out using Kajabi.

Wordpress: We also recommend this platform for your membership site. You can customize the theme, add
plug-ins, embed video and chat features, and take advantage of a range of features to deliver the supportive
experience you want for your students!


Zoom: This is a platform that provides remote conference services using cloud computing. We recommend 

using Zoom to host your live trainings if you have a couple hundred or less subscribers.

GoToWebinar: This is a platform that allows you to host your webinars, correspond with your leads and students
before and after the webinar, and even analyze audience data and engagement metrics. 


Ustream: This software allows you to broadcast video, record your live broadcast and download later, publish,
manage and measure your live trainings! You can go live using Ustream, and embed your Ustream video embed
code on any landing page you’d like (whether you’re creating your landing pages on Kajabi, Wordpress or any
other website hosting platform.
