    I live in a detached house with my parents on the outskirts of Pápa, Hungary. Our house has brown walls, white windows and doors, and a black roof. It has several rooms including a hall, kitchen, bathroom, living room, two bedrooms, and a pantry. My bedroom is 12 square meters with grey walls, floor, and furniture including a bed, wardrobes, and desk. I enjoy relaxing under my desk in my room. The house has a well-planned layout with the hall connecting the other rooms.

    Our house

    I live in Pápa in Orgona street 442/6. I live there with my parents. I’m an only child so I don’t have any
    siblings.

    We live in a detached house on the outskirt of the town.


    My neighborhood is a quite area. You can find weekend houses here. Our street is clean,quite. Our
    home is not close to shops, banks, schools. We live about 10 minutes from the town centre.

    The walls of the house are brown, the windows and the doors are white. The roof and the chimney
    are black. We have got a huge garden. In the garden, we have got grass, bushes, trees and a
    flowerbed. I really like our garden because I can relax, play there.
    We have got a garage for the cars and bicycles. We have got a cellar too, where my mother works.
    Our attic is empty.

    In our house, there are several rooms: A hall, a kitchen, a bathroom, living room, two bedrooms and
    a pantry.
    Our house has a well-planned layout. If we go through the front door, we are in the hall. On the left
    side, there are two chest of drawers for the shoes. On the right side of the hall, there are two doors.
    One of them is my bedroom’s door.

    My bedroom is a normal sized room, it is about 12 square meters. It’s light, cosy, friendly. The walls
    are grey and I also have a wallpaper on one of the walls, the floor is grey too.In the room, there is a
    bed,2 wardrobes, 2 chest of drawers, desk and chair. I also have some bookshelves on the wall. My
    favorite part in my bedroom is my place under my desk, where I have some pillows, blankets.
    On the window, there is a blue curtain and roller blinds. I really love my room, I spend a lot of time
    there.

    The other door goes to my parents’ room. Their room is a little bit smaller than mine. The walls are
    grey and blue, and they have the same floor as me. They have got a bed, 2 chest of drawers,
    wardrobe and a bedside table.

    Opposite the front door, there is our bathroom. We have got a shower, a toilet, a washbasin there.
    We have also got a dryer and a washing machine. And there are some wardrobes too.Half of the
    walls are tiled the other half is white.

    From the hall, you can go to the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. We have got a sofa in
    the living room, and a Tv. The walls are grey here. On the right side of the sofa, there is the dining
    table with six chairs. Opposite the dining room, there are our cupboards with an island. In the
    cupboards, we keep dishes, bowls, trays. We have got an oven and the dishwasher too.From the
    kitchen, you can go the pantry, where we have a fridge and we keep spices and other things there.
    The walls of the kitchen are grey.

    We usually spend our time in the living room with my family. We watch Tv, play games there.
