Every day/week/month/year
Once a week/month/year
Twice a week/month/year

IMPORTANT TIPS
The adverbs of frequency go:

1. Before the main verb: “I always have a shower in the morning.”

2. After the verb TO BE: “You are often sleepy in the morning.”
3. Between the auxiliary/modal verb and the main verb: “Do you always check your
phone in the morning?” “She can sometimes call me at work.”
4. Double negatives are incorrect in English, so NEVER can’t be after an
auxiliary/modal verb in the negative form: “I don’t never fall asleep before 11 p.m.” “I
can’t never understand you.”
